The power gone during night and almost one hour no actions were taken..later after constant call from the customers they changed the room...this happened during midnight and we lost our good sleep

C'est le plus mauvais que j'ai pu avoir de mon séjour au Kerala, heureusement je n'y suis restée qu'une nuit.

I had a very pleasant stay at CJ Grande. The hotel has around 27 rooms and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very cozy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed.
The location is convenient and the service was excellent throughout my stay. Everything was well organized and the hospitality made me feel very welcome.
Overall, it was a great experience staying at CJ Grande. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Bad experience staying at this hotel.
The receptionist, Mr. Joji Mon Philip, was extremely rude and unhelpful to arriving guests. Even though we had a confirmed booking through Booking.com, he initially told us there was no booking and made us wait at the reception. Later, he admitted that the booking was available. This caused us unnecessary embarrassment and mental stress.
As out-of-state visitors, we felt completely disrespected. The staff ignored our requests and treated us very poorly, as if guests do not matter. This kind of behavior towards visitors is unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
Because of our bitter experience, I strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel. Guests deserve respect, not insult.
