Pros:

Phòng ngủ thì có gián, Điều hòa bật 18 độ cộng thêm 1 quạt cây nhưng vẫn nóng (Điều hòa quá cũ). Nhà vệ sinh hay bị tắc (ở 3 đêm thì tắc wc 2 lần). Chăn thì ố vàng, có vệt loang lổ.
Ưu điểm gần phố đi bộ, gần trung tâm, có 2 giường đôi
