Lovely family owned Hotel
Pros:

After the initial shock that I’d booked to stay, no confirmation received from Booking.com (or monies), the owner went out of their way to get me a room with improved facilities.

Cons:

That Booking.com had not been in touch with the Hotel to advise them that they had a reservation coming.
