Lovely room, very comfortable, amazing welcome from the staff who was very lovely! The receptionist kindly let us drop our backpacks in the room quickly as our flight was delayed and we wanted to visit the Imperial city, big thank you :)

The receptionist made the stay perfect. She helped me always when I had a question and she booked a tour and transport for me.
The noise from the street was really loud also during the night.

Balcony rooms are a bit noisy from the road but the view is nice.
The staff was unbelievably nice, welcoming and eager to help! The rooms are beautiful and very clean! The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from both the towns touristic Center and the imperial City. We had a great stay.
The location is super convenient. I can find amazing foods and stores around me. You can walk to the river and it's only 2km from the Imperial city of Hue.

You can see some areas are starting to age a little bit on the ceiling, wallpaper, etc. But not much to complain about! It's a great deal.
