A good basic budget hotel in the heart of Hue, fantastic staff.
Pros:

Very good location, basic budget hotel. And quiet at night. The staff were wonderful - friendly, helpful and cheerful.

Cons:

The bathrooms in our 2 rooms really need upgrading. Showers leaked on to the floor, and very basic.

Very comfortable room. Soft bed.
clean well ran hotel in great location.lovely staff and very helpful, especially Dan, she went out her to way to make us welcome... great tasty breakfast choices...all in all great value.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, au calme, propre et avec une literie très confortable.
Leur petit déjeuner est super (mention spéciale pour leur pancakes) et le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable.

El personal demasiado atento y preocupado. El desayuno es bueno porque tienes para escoger entre algunas opciones que te llevan a la mesa. Se agradece comer un omelete, un crepé, fruta y café, porque acá el desayuno es comida como noodles por todas partes y en todas las ciudades y a veces es imposible encontrar un desayuno occidental.

Cons:

Las habitaciones bien antiguas. No era lo suficientemente limpio. En lo personal al estar un poquito separada la ducha del wc pensé se mojaria menos, pero se moja igual el baño.. habia una cortina con hongos que por asco nunca abrí. Las sábanas estaban con manchas. nuestra estadía no fue muy grata la verdad. Además habia un olor raro desagradable. No lo recomiendo.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Very kind and helpful staff. They arranged my friend and I a bus to Da Nang after our previous one was cancelled because of the New Year. Really kind people. The rooms are just as you'd expect, comfy beds, clean and well kept. Solid hotel, really enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful 5 night stay
Pros:

Lovely staff, always friendly and welcoming. The room was really clean and daily housekeeping was provided. They also provide safe drinking water.
The included breakfast was really good as well.
Initially I had booked 3 nights but I extended to 5 nights because it was so comfortable.
I can absolutely recommend this hotel and would book it again, if I ever come back to Hue.

Cons:

A lot of noise from neighbors till late at night, but that's not the hotel's fault.
