Very helpfull staff

Great location

Cons:

Not the hotels fault but I would book a bus online and not through them. (We went from Hue to Phong Nha)

Limo bus made about 30 stops and was packed full with low AC and no wifi or plug inss for electronics (can book a cheaper option online with those amenities).

Personnel au top, les filles ont pris le temps pour nous donner des astuces pour les activités dans la ville.
Hotel impeccable.
Localisation parfaite.

Seulement du bruit le matin ... dès 6h par les filles du ménage

Super séjour au Pink Lotus Hôtel, si vous voulez faire des activités en dehors de la ville, le personnel vous aide à organiser le tout.
Bon petit déjeuner en plus.
Rien à redire !

Parfait logement
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, proche de cité impériale (~30 min à pied). Employées à l'accueil très gentilles et serviables. Dès que nous avons eu un problème dans notre chambre elles sont venues le régler. Elles nous ont permis de remplir nos bouteilles d'eau, de laisser nos bagages pour la journée et de se laver avant notre train de nuit. Donne également de bonnes recommandations de restaurant. Déjeuner était très bon avec plusieurs options. Lit confortable.

The staff were so helpful! The owner even let me borrow her scooter! The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The AC wasn’t very effective in my room but the fan worked brilliantly so this wasn’t a problem

Pros:

Le personnel était adorable, à l’écoute et très aidant ! Nous sommes arrivés à 5h et le gardien de nuit nous a laissé l’opportunité de nous mettre dans l’hôtel.
Le personnel nous a aussi donné des précieux conseils pour visiter la ville, les restaurants à tester …
Super localisation, près du centre et des animations. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui était très bon !
Je recommande les yeux fermés !!
