Le manque de professionnalisme et de considération de la part du personnel et ce quand bien meme l’hotel se dit 5 étoiles.
La différence de traitement en fonction de la categorie de client dans laquelle vous êtes catégorisés.
J’ai vecu une tres mauvaise expérience dans cet hotel qui est de l’extérieur très beau et magnifiquement placé. En effet, apres m’avoir remis un clé de chambre et m’etre installée dans la chambre , l’agent d’accueil m’a interpellé pour m’indiquer que finalement il ne retrouvait pas ma réservation. Il y avait eu vraisemblablement un soucis de transmission entre booking et l’établissement. J’ai eu beau démontrer que ma réservation etait confirmée, que j’avais bien payé, j’ai été traitée comme une personne profitant d’une chambre sans en avoir le droit et ce par plus de 4 agents de l’hotel dont la manageuse. A aucun moment je n’ai été traité comme une client avec bienveillance et prudence, compte tenu de ce que je leur expliquais. J’ai vécu cette situation comme une humiliation et cela m’a gaché une bonne partie de mon experience dans l’hotel. Il est a noter que j’avais lu a l’avance les quelques commentaires negatifs presents sur booking mais j’ai voulu passer outre et je le regrette. Si vous y allez, vous aurez peut etre une tres bonne experience mais sachez que votre experience pourra être gâchée comme la mienne si par malchance il y a un pb de transmission de votre réservation. Ce type de situation est tres regrettable puisque nous pensions bénéficier des services d’un hotel 5 étoiles.

Personal sehr unfreundlich, kein dankeschön kein willkommens getränk eventuell, lachen nicht 1 mal und sind extrem unfreundlich, behandeln dich als wärst du ein Gerät, Restaurant Menü nicht viel Auswahl sehr schade, sovieles wo nicht gut war Menü war evtl ein drittel Portion macht nicht satt

L'emplacement, la plage et la chambre.

Cons:

Le personnel est très peu aimable et fait un choix parmi les vacanciers en fonction "des moyens financiers" puisque l'hôtel est haut de gamme. Nous étions peu considérés à 2 reprises, au restaurant japonais et à la plage.
Ensuite, le jour de notre arrivée, nous n'avions ni transat ni serviettes disponibles. Il a fallu appeler la responsable de l'hôtel qui a réglé le problème. Pour un tel hôtel, au prix où il est, c'est nullissime.
Le sourire ça manque.

Great Hotel, really good atmosphere, great staff (if you also treat them well!)

Great views and overall pleasant.

Cons:

For the high end price it doesnt offer high end goods.
For example the breakfast is lacklustre and very small. You don‘t have a lot of choice.

The prices for the restaurant and the bar are really high, comparable to cities likes New York or Zürich, but the quality is not on par. We spend on a dinner for two 200€ with a small bottle of wine, and for lunch also around 100€.

I would visit this hotel again, but I really hope they lower the prices, as neither the hotel was fully booked, nor where there that many people at the beach.

The hotel is very very very beautiful, clean, and offers complete relaxation. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Albania to stay here. The sea and the beach are excellent and very enjoyable

Cons:

Breakfast options are extremely limited, not good, and not filling. The available dining options and restaurants are very limited.

Unsere Buchung war im System zunächst nicht auffindbar. Wir mussten lange warten, bis wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten.
Die Zeiten für das Auschecken wurden sehr strikt gehandhabt. Uns wurde ein Late Check-Out für 50% des Zimmerpreises angeboten. Sehr verwunderlich in der Nebensaison...
