Für den Preis lohnt sich das nicht leider, viel Potenzial vorhanden

- Super Strand, klares Wasser, angenehme Liegen
- Sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel
- Frühstück sehr lecker, aber kleine Auswahl

Cons:

- Hotel entspricht eher 4 Sternen, Service / Mitarbeiter 1 Stern (ausgenommen einzelner Mitarbeiter)
- Mitarbeiter unhöflich und sehr unprofessionell, wirken durchgehend genervt
- Hotelgäste werden kategorisiert, dementsprechend wird man behandelt
- Überteuerte Preise an der Bar / Restaurant
- Liegen werden zugewiesen, 1. und 2. Reihe nur an extra zahlende Gäste, obwohl man Hotelgast ist. Sehr chaotische Lage am Strand durch das Personal

Great resort, great staff, fabulous beach!
Pros:

The staff were incredible, the facilities amazing, and the location is phenomenal. The food is to die for! The beach is beautiful and the service from everyone was 10/10. I love this place, which is why I keep coming back every year!

Cons:

The only thing I would add is that this was not an adults-only resort. I have been here many times before, and this year the policy had changed; however, it was not clear on booking. Disappointed, as we were not expecting children to be present. This should be updated on booking.

Cons:

The swimming pool water is extremely hot and unbearable to stay in. I don’t have a thermometer to measure the exact temperature, but the water is so hot that it is impossible to comfortably enter or stay in the pool. This is happening even at 9 PM. The pool is also dirty, the jacuzzi is not working, the room is not properly maintained, and reception has not responded despite several attempts to contact them.
