The cafe for breakfast was fine, with a variety of dishes as well as the buffet. One of the waitresses was very friendly and a delight to chat with. Also a great panoramic view over the town from the breakfast table.
The restaurant was good and especially having the side room for group event meals.
The bathroom sink was clogged and never drained properly and was not fixed even after notifying them.
I wasn't comfortable to go walking down the street to the town due to too many unemployed people just hanging around outside the stores
No complain on staff and hotel facilities.food is good in the restaurant.

The meals served at Cafe 411 & Asian restaurant were very generous serves. Not something you see much these days.
One downside were the breakfasts, limited options.
Clean room and enough space
No face towels available, only bath towels and carpet towel .
the front office staff were friendly and helpful, the house keeping attendents were also friendly and helpful, the Cafe' 411 staff were also friendly and helpful - great customer service and the food was delicious. my wife and i enjoyed our stay and our kids also loved the place and our stay. we are planning to do more long weekend stays on our next visits to Lae.
i cannot think of anything at the moment - so far our whole 2 days/nights at the hotel was adventurous and wonderful. it was worth staying in Hotel Morobe than Lae International Hotel.

Wifi was not very good, hotel need maintenance as it is getting old.
Clean and well presented, staff where amazing.
Cafe 411 staff where friendly and helpful.
Great place for a business meeting.
Chinese restuarant was top tier.
Food was excellent.
Will stay again.
