Enttäuschend!
Pros:

Schöne Umgebung & gratis Parkplatz.

Cons:

Leider entsprach das Hotel nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die Sauberkeit liess für unsere Verhältnisse deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Im Badezimmer waren die Silikonfugen schimmelig, der Abzug stark verschmutzt und verstaubt, der Boden dreckig und der Teppich offensichtlich nicht gesaugt. Zudem befanden sich Flecken auf dem Bettbezug.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und erinnerte eher an eine Abstellkammer. Die Aussicht aus dem ebenfalls verschmutzten Fenster ging auf einen ungepflegten Innenhof.

Auch das als Highspeed-Internet beworbene WLAN überzeugte überhaupt nicht. Die Verbindung war sehr langsam und fiel immer wieder aus.

Das Frühstückskonzept hat uns ebenfalls nicht überzeugt, da aufgrund des kleinen Frühstücksraums feste Zeiten reserviert werden müssen. Wir bevorzugen es, spontan zu entscheiden, wann wir frühstücken möchten.

Ein weiteres Detail: Der Türspion konnte nicht richtig genutzt werden, da der Fluchtwegplan so nah daneben angebracht war, dass sich die Abdeckung des Türspions nicht vollständig öffnen liess.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit unserem vorzeitigen Check-out. An der Rezeption wurde lediglich geprüft, ob alles bezahlt war. Nach dem Grund für unsere frühere Abreise wurde nicht gefragt. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass unser Feedback niemanden interessierte.

Loved the atmosphere and brilliant for 1 or 2 day stay.
Pros:

The atmosphere was calming, quiet and restful. Loved the swimming pool and the yoga studio. Mirror windows allow privacy despite being on ground floor. Seeing the lamma and deer in the fields was delightful.

Cons:

The rooms were comfortable but quite small. If staying more than a night, there are no drawers to store clothing. Coffee pods for the machine and used cups were not automatically replaced. No restriction on how far the windows opened so couldn’t leave them open at night.

Not Happy with Staff
Pros:

it was very pretty and had a lovely breakfast

Cons:

The staff did not offer to help with anything we had 2 huge bags and 2 small bags and we were put in the furtherest room away with many stairs along the way This accomodation cost me the most the whole trip and was the worst we stayed at
