Nice hotel, great location, but small bed and quilt that did make for a good nights sleep
Pros:

Great location in the old town and by the lake. Friendly staff, clean.

Cons:

As a single traveller did not like the small single bed and quilt that barely covered me. Why are we relegated to beds and bedding this size?

Pros:

Très belle situation au centre ville face au lac, accueil très sympathique à la réception, chambre spacieuse et très confortable. Restaurant proposant d’excellents choix pour végétariens.

Cons:

L’accueil au petit déjeuner, cappuccino trop généreusement saupoudré de cacao, remarques désobligeantes 😬

merveilleux petit week-end à Zoug !
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé , personnel aimable et très serviable ! La chambre spacieuse et très propre !
Bon petit déjeuner et très appréciable il y avait même des produits sans gluten et sans lait ( yogourts au soja etc ),
parfait pour moi qui suis intolérante aux deux !

Das Zimmer war geräumig und hell. In der Nacht war es komplett ruhig.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Frühstück köstlich.

The hotel made my wife very happy, and that's all I really need.
Pros:

The room had incredible value, not just for the really comfortable beds but the adjoining living room that we did not expect and greatly appreciated. The breakfast was simple but great quality.

The location of the Hotel cannot be beaten, sitting practically on the lakeshore and within a 5 minute walk to so many restaurants and the lakeside entertainment.

Cons:

That we could only stay one night.
