Pros:

Their behaviour is too good. At first I disappointed to see the hotel room. I asked them to change my room. They shifted us to Sheela homestay which is their another property. This property is too good . Location is excellent. I am very happy.

Pros:

Sanjay da , the Receptionist was my dear person. Except this everything was really bad. Don't go for this hotel.

Rooms and bathrooms were terrible dirty. Geyser not there, if you want for hot water the staffs behave rude. Rooms are
very small and outdated. And the restaurant was a money killing machine without least attention to the quality of the food. If you want to waste your money then go for it.

Excellent stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at hotel sheela.The room was clean, spacious and well maintained.The staff was polite, friendly and always ready to help.

The food was delicious and overall atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable.the hotel offers great value for money,and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Unbeatable location!! Good wifi, good AC (tiny bit more expensive room for AC but worked very well). Lovely, friendly, helpful staff.

The hot water to our room didn’t work even though we paid a small amount extra for a room with hot water.

Pros:

The Taj Mahal was really very close, which is good for going early in the morning, but the bathrooms were not hygienic, there was no hot water, and it was very bad that there was no hair dryer in the room after all, when you take a shower with cold water, you need to dry your hair. But the location was good, and the staff were also nice.

Ok ok for common man.
Pros:

Garden is unique there but found elsewhere. A few rooms looks good. Other are just anything.

Cons:

Very costly. Not even geyser. Hotel has poor quality products. Food is worst for that they charge high price. I have ordered butter chicken and roti. Chicken was plastic type and not easy to eat. Next day I had joint problem. May be sanghi asked to add a little arsenic trioxide.

You won’t find a better location for the price.
Pros:

Hotel Sheela is an oasis in the chaos of Agra. The rooms could use a coat of paint to freshen things up but over the place was great for the price. We ate breakfasts and dinner there and the food was very good. The staff was great, too.
