Very Bad experience

When we were browsing in booking.com it was written that my total amount will be Rs 21777/-, but when we check in the came out to be Rs 24020/-, Secondly it was given that the breakfast was included but when we check in they said it is not included.
Request you to please clear all the details and after we book please clear the points, the breakfast point was not seen any where in the receipt.
The room size and the staff.
The hotel are is nit that Cleaned and I was not welcomed with proper ammites in the washroom. Also the pool was broken
Rooms
The reception in charge has no idea on the guest arrival. They committed me saying lunch is available and after checking in when I came to the dining area they said that lunch was not prepared so I wasted 3 hrs searching for a hotel during my lunch time with kids and lost my precious time on the road without taking rest after traveling for hrs together on the road.

Property is a bit congested..not enough space around to walk or refresh..Food was only average..
Property was neat and clean . Everything was as it is as shown while booking.

Property is located at the outside of main munnar city , hence feels peaceful.
All the staffs were friendly.
Only thing i didn’t like about the property is that , In Room A-La-Carte food menu becomes limited if the property is full ( in peak season ).
Parking space is also limited , but decent enough. ( can be an issue if hotel is full and everyone bring there own car )

It's a small property. Indoor pool is not good! Food service was delayed, maybe because of year-end crowd!

Location was Nice. Breakfast was nice.
Service. Wifi wasn't stable. Room service wasn't great. The pool was okay but not temperature controlled. Surprisingly ARM wasn't working and struggled to make payment.
