It is not four star hotel. Very poor three stars.

Cons:

Very worn out, hasn't been renovated in a long time. Not fresh bed linen and not good bed. Cockroaches in the room. Very poor breakfast.

Pros:

I had breakfast on day 1. As it was not buffet, I did not have it the next 2 days.

Cons:

The bathroom was stinky. The room windows were covered by external structure which obstructed the view.
The windows frame was moldy.

The stay was overall decent, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The room and washroom had no proper ventilation, which made the space feel suffocating at times. Steam from the washroom would enter the room, making it feel foggy and uncomfortable.

Additionally, the pricing seemed on the higher side. A regular water bottle priced at ₹20 was charged at ₹60, and the menu items were also comparatively overpriced.

Improving ventilation and revising pricing would greatly enhance the guest experience

部屋が広く窓も大きくて良かった

Cons:

夜音楽が流れてきてとてもうるさく眠れなかった、廊下の声もやく聞こえる。朝食は8時からだったけれど準備できてなくバイキングに出てきたのは20分くらいしてから、一応注文きいてくれたけどよくわからず、パラタとコーヒーだけで終わってがっかりだった。

Stay away! Terrible service and experience. Manager is a thief!

Nothing. Nothing was reedemable about the hotel.

Cons:

Stayed here for 2-3 hours and had to check out because other guests were creating a ruckus and despite repeated complaints to the fromt desk, they didn’t do anything. Reluctantly we had to check out. Got a run around from the staff especially their manager who was rude, unhelpful used a threatening tone, created policies on the fly, got especially irritated that I wrote a similar review on Google. So far, they haven’t refunded me for the stay. Terrible experience, terrible location, dirty and filthy, tattered and dirty towels. STAY AWAY!

The hotel is not for family. I came with my family.

Worse for family stay. Not recommed it for anyone
