Etablissement remarquable. Une localisation en front de mer, des équipements de qualité, un personnel souriant et bienveillant, soucieux de répondre à vos demandes. Des chambres agréables, spacieuses. Une restauration variée, de qualité. Bref, tout est réuni pour un séjour confortable.

Amazing loved the hotel. Amazing pool, friendly staff that spoke great English. Breakfast was such a selection and really tasty. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Close to loads of restaurants. Evening entertainment. Parking in safe underground private part
Can’t fault it
Jardines de Nivaria hat unsere Erwartungen komplett übertroffen und erfüllt. Die Ankunft und der Check in waren reibungslos und zügig, unser Gepäck wurde sicher aufs Zimmer gebracht. Die Hotelanlage ist großzügig und wunderschön gestaltet, durchweg sauber und aufgrund der Größe nie überfüllt. Das Essen in den Restaurants, besonders im La Cupula, war reichhaltig und äußerst lecker, das Buffet wurde ausgiebig und reichlich aufgefüllt. Unser Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich durch das Reinigungspersonal gesäubert.
Für Urlaub in Teneriffa werden wir das Hotel in jedem Fall erneut besuchen, es war eine tolle Erfahrung und phänomenal.
Wir können nichts negatives über Jardines de Nivaria sagen.

The property was utterly beautiful. Everyday the staff maintained the pool, the gardens the rooms and everything in between to such a high standard.

We really liked the location of the hotel. It was close to the beach and the promenade, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of sun loungers both around the pool and on the lawn, surrounded by lots of greenery, which made the environment very pleasant.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The underground parking garage was excellent and very convenient. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a good variety of options. We also appreciated that the service staff regularly attended to guests around the pool during the day.
It was a very thoughtful and pleasant surprise to find a bottle of sparkling wine in our room on my birthday.
Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return.
Our room and terrace faced the promenade directly. While the view was beautiful, there was quite a lot of noise outside. Early in the morning we could hear garbage collection and other service vehicles, and in the evenings there was often noise from tourists staying out until the early hours. As a result, we were unable to keep the windows open and enjoy fresh air if we wanted a good night's sleep. Rooms located farther from the promenade would likely be a better choice for guests who are sensitive to noise.
Unfortunately, we were not able to use the spa because children are not permitted. I understand and respect this policy, but I was disappointed that this information was not clearly stated during the booking process. My daughter is used to visiting wellness facilities and is always quiet and considerate. It would have been nice if there were designated family hours when at least older children could use the spa for a short period.

Breakfast was excellent, great variety, presentation and staff was great. Pool was awesome, with half of it being cold and half warmed. Only issue is i would have liked the lifeguard to let us play with some soft pool balls, but the rules were strict...
Room was nice, good AC and very quiet. Bathroom was clean, modern and extremely functional.
