Campus Hotel

Ci sono tantissime cose che NON MI SONO PIACIUTE:
1) posizione Hotel che si trova a 2 km dalla stazione centrale;
2) Hotel isolato rispetto al contesto urbano e trovantisi in una zona industriale/scolastica;
3) Hotel molto fatiscente come struttura esterna in quanto visibili ferri corrosi del balcone e tapparelle porte finestre rotte e a mezza altezza;
4) ingresso Hotel abbastanza inguardabile in quanto erano presenti sia vegetazione che copriva il 50% il portone d'ingresso che rottura di vetri sul portone d'ingresso. Sembrava causata da qualche effetto di violenza;
5) personale poco chiaro ed abbastanza scortese;
6) dopo aver ricevuto chiave camera al piano quarto, vedo che la porta finestra presentava maniglia rotta da impedire la sua chiusura. Inoltre tapparella rotta a metà altezza, in bagno invece sono presenti le due strutture per l'inserimento del piano di appoggio di igiene personale che però mancava della struttura trasparente di tale piano. Luce camera poco illuminata. Praticamente l'unica cosa funzionante era la tv;
7) a causa di porta finestra e tapparella rotte chiesi il cambio camera più adeguata e dopo avermi assegnato camera al terzo piano vedo altri manfunzionamenti: tv che mancava di telecomando ed anche non funzionante in maniera manuale, scarico wc inesistente, bagno sporco. L'unica cosa che funzionavano era la chiusura della porta finestra e della tapparella;
9) fuori dalla porta camera erano presenti sulla destra uno scopettone e straccio a terra, una rete letto matrimoniale appoggiata al muro come se fossero abbandonate da diversi anni e una porta aperta di altra camera non occupata e ciò mi portò a pensare di trovarmi in una zona pericolosa;

It is surprising that this accommodation is even offered on the market as a three-star property. In reality, the entire facility is in need of renovation. The bathroom was clogged, the furniture in the room was broken, and the overall condition was far below any reasonable three-star standard.
The level of cleanliness was extremely poor. The only comparable accommodation I have encountered was in very low-budget lodgings in India, except that those cost around €7 per night, while this property charges approximately €90. The description states that rooms are cleaned daily, yet we repeatedly had to ask for garbage bags and struggled to obtain them. Needless to say, nobody emptied the bin during our four-day stay. We even requested basic cleaning supplies so we could clean the room ourselves, but this request was refused.
For three guests staying four days, we were provided with only two large and two small towels, and they were never replaced throughout the entire stay. In addition, during the whole stay, the "hotel" supplied only one bar of hotel soap, one sachet of shampoo, and one sachet of shower gel.
At the end of the day, the accommodation provider is not the only one responsible. The real question is how this property was ever awarded a three-star rating. Based on its condition, facilities, cleanliness, and service, it falls dramatically short of even the most basic expectations associated with that classification. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.

Non so le altre ma la mia camera era così così.

Wir haben ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht, jedoch war gab es einen Wasserschaden, weswegen wir in das Zimmer nebenan zusätzlich nutzen durften. Das war jedoch ein anderes Zimmer (beziehungsweise ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und halt nicht das, was wir gebucht haben). Für 100 € die Nacht und ein Zimmer, was wir noch nicht mal gebucht haben, plus ein Zimmer mit Wasserschaden und Schimmel, ist der Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden stellend. Außerdem war es dreckig, es wurde noch nicht mal durchgefegt - alles voller Staub. Auch das Wasser im Waschbecken und im BD ist nicht abgelaufen.

Carenze gravi nella camera, non giustificabili dal prezzo favorevole della camera.

Accoglienza, pulizia, parti rotte nel bagno

The facilities aren't up to scratch; the place needs a good clean, the rooms need tidying up, the bathroom is very dirty and mouldy, and the shower only stays hot for five minutes , The bed linen isn't changed, there's no soap in the bathroom, the shower is freezing cold, and lots of things are broken
