Stunning property. Comfortable. Quick uber into town. Great breakfast.
Entorn meravellós, habitacions amples i completament equipades (planxa, assecador, etc), productes cortesia, llit XXL. Hotel situat en un "House " rehabilitat envoltat d'uns jardins espectaculars. Absolutament recomanable.
Cal vehicle particular. Es troba a 2-3 milles del centre de Bath.

Lovely cheerful helpful staff, lovely Romanian Waitrose , in breakfast room, sorry cannot remember her name , her customer care is exceptional, and the receptionists .

Walk in shower instead of bath shower would have been preferred and the bed/matress was a bit soft
We liked everything about the property. Great location, staff very very helpful. Kim on reception went above and beyond to make our stay special. She is a credit to the company. Breakfast was the best in England so far. Room was clean and comply. We loved our stay all round
Staff (kim) were brilliant, very friendly and welcoming. The rooms/bed were very comfortable and the breakfast was very good!
The shower was slightly lacking on pressure but nothing major, and the hotel is slightly further away from the city centre, although on a bus route.
One of the best hotels we have stayed in, very clean, staff were excellent, definitely will stay again if we visit Bath.
Beautiful building and setting on the outskirts of Bath. The receptionist recommended walking into Bath along the canal, there is a more direct walk but this was away from traffic and took approx 45mins. Taxis approx £10. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Free parking.
