The staff were very welcoming and friendly and went out of their way to make sure you had everything for our stay
Nothing everything was well to a great standard
Room was well designed, modern and uncluttered. Nice bathroom. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and evening meal in conservatory were excellent. Plenty of tea and coffee in room. Car park was good too.
Two receptionists at checkout would have been better so we didn’t have to wait as long as needed to get home.

Family special occasion. Staff were amazing especially Rudolph and Lauren.
We experienced the greatest level of service from the woman in the reception, coming straight from the Bath Half marathon. She was extremely kind and went above and beyond for us. There were also deer in front of our window when we woke up in the morning. Simply idyllic. We definitely recommend staying here and wish we could have stayed longer.
Booked 3 rooms for a family weekend break. Rooms are just off the main building, excellent size, all the regular facilities within the room and a nice large comfy bed. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Staff were very friendly and eager to serve/assist. 10 min drive or taxi into Bath. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.
