Pros:

Super breakfast. Room was spacious and quiet with lovely view of trees. Fresh milk was provided for tea and coffee! Staff were absolutely lovely.

Cons:

The ONLY thing that wasn't great was that when we got to our room it was occupied! Key mix up. However they were very apologetic and they sorted it right away, and luckily the people in the first room were in the shower so didn't realise we'd briefly entered!

Perfect choice for your stay in Bath
Pros:

The location was perfect and very close to the centre. The rooms felt luxurious, and if I were to come back to Bath, I would come back here. Additionally, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It was entirely clear how to connect to the Wi-Fi. There were instructions in the room, but I think these might be outdated. After speaking with the staff, however, it was all sorted.

Weekend away for two
Pros:

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff. Room was nice lots of space and very clear. The shower was great. Breakfast was very well done again with lovely staff.

Sehr schöne und prächtige Hotelanlage.
Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Sehr idyllische Location mit gutem Ausblick.

Cons:

Frühstück war eher enttäuschend.
Die Heizung im Zimmer hat nicht wirklich gut funktioniert, und allgemein waren viele Räume im Hotel schlecht beheizt.
