Good
Pros:

Welcoming host, nice view from the balcony, cheap

Cons:

They really need to update the photos, it's outdated. The walls are moldy, there were ants, didn't mention the additional payment for hot water, limited parking space,

Not bad but never come back
Pros:

Price wise, it is cheap. Average OYO price.

Cons:

Cleanliness is poor. This is my second time, book OYO hotel's and find some similiarities, now is even worse. Bed quality is terrible, you can feel the matrass spring, dirty (not sure if the sheet were washed) room is dump, smelly and the roof is colapsed.
OYO, you really need to do the quality control. Too many hotels under OYO but, not well maintained. Will never book OYO hotels anymore for sure.
