The location , the staff were excellent and friendly and the breakfast was excellent
The room was a little hot and i would have liked to have been told about a party on Saturday night which was very loud . But to be fair id just come from a funeral so i probably wasn’t in the mood for it .
The staff were lovely and breakfast was lovely.
The room layout of the double room was beautiful
Bed was slightly on the harder side but thats just a preference each person is different.
Rooms were way too hot
The breakfast was very good with no complaints. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The beds were comfortable and worm.
We had one drink at the bar and the barperson did not know how to pull a pt of Guinness so we went to a bar down town.
It is a old hotel and is now under renovation it appears.
The bathroom door did not close and the toilets were old.
The shower was a plastic hose off the tabs and so we did not have a shower.
We felt our one night cost €198 for a double room which was far too expensive for a three star hotel, especially for early
February.
The receptionists were very helpful and friendly.
The staff is very welcoming the minute you walk in.
