Pros:

Central, cosy hotel. Breakfast and dinner of excellent quality. Great portion sizes with quick service. Staff very friendly and attentive also.

Cons:

Some parts of hotel are a bit dated but it's an older building.

As usual, everything was perfect. It’s my home from home. I go there once a month, to give myself a break, and I couldn’t and wouldn’t go anywhere else

Very dated, badly needs a refurb and a bit of a change to update. Carpet on stairs to landing in bad need of replacement for a start....

In the centre of the town.

Cons:

The room was dirty; toilet paper was used to block out the wind coming through the window.

Hair left in the bathtub.

Old water was left in the kettle, and the milk was not fresh.
