Clean rooms, Good wifi, Good breakfast, and helpful staff. Great value for money!
No water in the rooms. There is a water dispenser in the hallway of reception but it would be nice to have a jug or Bottle there to use. Coffee was not great at Breakfast but that is not a big deal. Overall very nice place and value for money.

Soundproofing is a disaster, you can hear what happing in room which is behind two walls.
