Pros:

Местоположение гостиницы удобное, чистота в номере, ежедневная уборка, смена полотенец.

Cons:

Однотипный завтрак порционный. Лучше шведский стол. Либо оставлять порционный, но меню сделать разное на неделю с добавлением зелени, салатов, фруктов.

Локация все рядом в центре города

Cons:

Мы выбрали номер с цельной 2-х сп.кроватью в итоге нам объединили полуторки. Но на ресепшене дали подтверждение что нам дают 2-х спальную 😁 цельную кровать. На ресепшене люди не живые и не здороваются 😁 что для нас был шок …персонал уборки нет нареканий все прекрасно 👍
Вернемся ли мы во второй раз наврятли.

Cons:

Проживание оставило неоднозначное впечатление. После заселения мыло в номере отсутствовало, и его не предоставили своевременно. Мы заселились вчетвером, однако в номере было всего два полотенца, что совершенно не соответствует количеству гостей.

Отдельно хочется отметить завтрак: выбор блюд очень скудный, разнообразия практически нет, а порции слишком маленькие. Ожидали гораздо более высокого уровня сервиса. Надеюсь, администрация обратит внимание на эти недостатки и улучшит качество обслуживания.
