Absolute heaven.
Pros:

The spa and wellness area was extraordinary! The hot tub got very hot, which we loved, and the saunas were amazing. We got it all to ourselves and it was a fantastic way to decompress from the day.

Cons:

The coffee machine was cleaned and put away after breakfast. Would have liked to come downstairs for some more coffee a little later in the day.
The wifi turned off when the tv was turned off. Couldn't figure out how to keep it on without the tv being on.

Atat pentru cazare, cat si pentru personalul hotelului am numai cuvinte de lauda. Oameni deschisi, amabili si primitori, locul curat si bine intretinut. Foarte bine amplasat, dispune de multe facilitati, e locul unde te-ai intoarce mereu cu drag!

Caldura a fost oprita noaptea in conditiile in care au fost -15 grade afara :(
Persoana de la receptie ne-a spus ca temperatura a atins gradele, doar ca noi avem un copil mic si temperatura camerei era 20 grade, foarte frig noaptea fara posibilitate de reincalzire pana dimineata

Pros:

A fost bazin incalzit in aer liber iarna, ceea ce a fost numai bine

Cons:

A fost extrem de cald in camera si nu se putea regla de la un termostat sau ceva de genul peste 26 de grade cu un bebelus nu e cel mai confortabil.
Ni s-a deschis bazinul inclazit desi se putea deschide tot s-a deschis doar jumatate din el cam.
Scaunele pentru copilasi nu aveau curatat bine si igienic siportul de masuta, ceea ce m-a facut sa il strrg cu multe servetele ca sa pot pune copilul sa manance.
