Pros:

Para empezar llegamos al pueblo y habían sido las ferias días antes lo cual el pueblo era un pueblo fantasma al ver que no había ni una sola tienda abierta preguntamos si podríamos anular la reserva ya que no podíamos ni comprar agua !!! Nos negaron la cancelación cosa que no entendemos porque viendo el pueblo no creo que tenga mucha afluencia de clientes y de cancelaciones en ocasiones así deberían de entender un poco al cliente ...No nos gustó el trato con el que nos recibieron eso de entrada un hola muy seco ...poco cercano ...muy frío todo
La decoración bonita pero eso parecía un hostal de una película de miedo !!!se respiraba un ambiente muy raro allí !

la zona comun del salón daban habitaciones poca intimidad ,una nevera pequeña a compartir con los demás ...el patio estaba sucio y las sillas apiladas sin poderlo usar ,el ascensor no funcionaba ...la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear ya que pedimos entrar un poco antes pero nos lo negaron suponíamos que estaban limpiando la habitación para muestra llegadas y que por ese motivo no podíamos entrar pero la habitación llevaba días sin limpiar porque se apreciaba polvo en el suelo acumulado de varios días, la ropa de cama tenía manchas amarillas que no pudimos ni usarlas de hecho se lo comunique al responsable para que los próximos clientes no tuvieran la mala suerte que tuvimos nosotros daba un poco de asco ponerte sobre la cama al ver tanta mancha amarilla !!!
No había ni gel ni nada de aseo solo un papel higiénico a medio usar !!!

Casi todo.

Cons:

La terraza un poco descuidada. Del jacuzzi sale agua y mejorar el exterior. La tapadera del wc es pequeña y no esta bien sujeta. Son pequeñas cosas a mejorar.

Cómoda pero a mejorar las habitaciones y servicios
Pros:

La habitación lo grande y amplia que era y que tuviera aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. También la luz del espejo ilumina muy bien sobretodo para las chicas poderte maquillar y peinar con buena luz.

Cons:

No tiene nevera en las habitaciones, hay un nevera en el comedor común para todos los huéspedes. La habitación solo tiene un espejo de cara en el baño, sugiero la posibilidad de poner un espejo de cuerpo entero en alguna pared de la habitación. No hay servicio de habitaciones, en nuestro caso, nos alojamos durante 1 semana, son muchos días para al menos cambiar toallas y cama y no tener las toallas tiradas en el suelo en un rincón de la habitación hasta que hagas el check out. En el caso de nuestra habitación en concreto que es de la que podemos comentar, la estructura de la ducha se movía mucho, entiendo que habrá que sujetarla mejor a la pared.

La cama, con colchón firme, la tranquilidad, y que está todo bastante nuevo. Muy buena relación calidad-precio.

Pros:

modern decoration, beautiful rooms, flexibility to arrange checkin and good communication

Cons:

we were told we would get a large bed but then we got two singles. we heard this was not possible because the hotel was fully booked when they were actually empty. strange sewage smell lying around and not everything was clean, especially the tables next to the bed.
