Did not have breakfast as I left earlier for the airport
The buffet was good but I was not very hungry. I wish i could have been able to just pay for a light meal ( à la carte)
O que mais impressionou foi a simpatia de todos os funcionários. O hotel está renovado, muito limpo e com muita luz. Tive a surpresa de ser recebido pelo Mohamed, que trabalha na receção e fala muito bem português. Parece que têm pessoas que falam muitos idiomas. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e também está muito melhor do que antes. O hotel aceita Visa e tem caixa automática para levantamento de dinares utilizando o cartão Visa. Isto é muito prático para quem não conhece bem a cidade. Por detrás do hotel existe o maior centro comercial da Argélia, chamado Bab Ezzouar. Os escassos metros entre o hotel e o centro comercial estavam vigiados por um polícia, o que me deu uma sensação de segurança. Também solicitei o serviço de transporte do aeroporto até ao hotel e correu muito bem. Apesar de o avião ter chegado mais cedo do que o previsto, o motorista ligou para o meu whatsapp, veio ter comigo e conduziu-me ao hotel. Quando cheguei tinha uma surpresa à base de tâmaras à minha espera no quarto. A minha experiência foi excelente nas duas estadias neste hotel já com a marca Atlantis e recomendo vivamente!

Je suis arrivée tard. J'ai appelé l'hôtel pour m'envoyer la navette. Comme prévu et comme indiqué. A la fin personne ne répond et pourtant j'ai informé le réceptionniste l'heure de mon arrivée. Franchement service nulle.

j'ai réservé une chambre pour une nuit à 115 euros qui était soit disant de luxe, et comprenait deux lit double, bouilloire, café etc....
Au vu des photos sur booking, la chambre était magnifique, arrivée sur place, cela vu une catastrophe, la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout au photos, deux petits lits simple, une petite chambre, la fenêtre ne fermait pas, du bruit toute la nuit, une odeur de renfermé, le mini frigo non opérationnel et dégageant une odeur immonde!!!
Je me suis plains aux personnels, qui eux ont tout remis sur le dos de Booking, 115 euros pour une sale nuit dans un cagibi, de plus la propreté laissait à désirée.
En gros une arnaque, je décommande cet hôtel aux voyageurs.

I was woken up by noise from the cleaners outside my room door.
I asked for more water as when the room was cleaned none was put in. I was told there will be some in my room by the time i come back from being out and there was not. I tried calling down to reception to ask for some but no one answered.
I went down and waiting in line and they allowed two men in push in front of me. Then when we the man at reception finally realised I was a staying at the hotel and what i was asking for. He gave me some water.
