Un grand merci tout particulièrement à M. Mohamed, qui m’a accueilli de manière exemplaire et a fait preuve d’un grand professionnalisme. Les services offerts ont été excellents à chaque étape, ce qui a largement contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable.
Je recommande vivement votre hôtel à toute personne qui souhaite passer par Alger. Merci encore pour cette expérience positive et pour la qualité de vos prestations.

Le personnel etait au petit soin, serviable et bb très gentil

Deux incidents, la porte ne se fermait pas et une des deux bouteilles d’eau mise à disposition était déjà ouverte

Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel .
Les chambres sont propres et confortables, et la restauration ainsi que le petit déjeuner sont de très bonne qualité.
Un grand merci à M. Bouchekhchouk Lamine pour son professionnalisme et son implication, toujours attentif à la qualité du service et à l’image de l’établissement.
Bravo également à M. Islam et M. Redouane pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse.
Une équipe au top qui fait toute la différence. Je recommande vivement .

Expérience décevante, je ne reviendrai pas
Pros:

J’ai apprécié la navette gratuite de l’aéroport jusqu’à l’hôtel, le petit-déjeuner et le diner au restaurant, le lit confortable et le fait d’avoir des taxis à disposition devant l’hôtel.

Cons:

La chambre devait être prête à 13h, on est arrivé à 14h30 et on a dû attendre 1h30 dans le hall pour enfin avoir notre chambre. Expérience fortement décevante quand on vient de l’étranger et qu’on souhaite enfin se reposer.
Les employés sont plus occupés à discuter, rigoler et se dire bonjour entre eux que de travailler.

Sérénité, quand tout est au top.
Pros:

Je n'ai pas pour habitude de laisser des commentaires mais cette fois ci je me sent obliger, tout à était au top l'hôtel est dans les standards européen que ce soit l'accueil,le personnel ou le petit déjeuner le service est professionnel et ça fais du bien!
