Pros:

Landlady very nice and welcoming. Hotel very convenient for what we wanted. On the basic end of the range but clean with en-suite so all good

Pros:

I loved the service and friendliness of the staff. The location was super central to all that I needed as well as the train station!

Cons:

I was shocked to see the room size, as it was smaller than I expected, however, it was still extremely comfortable and provided enough and more space for everything I had with me.

Nice little weekend away. Would stay again.
Pros:

Location was good. Really close to food places and shops.
Room was nice and bright. Bed really comfortable and slept really well. Plenty of coffee and tea sachets. Was really hot, In the room, so had the window open. But there was also access to a fan, as well, which we didn't use, in the end.
Smaller car park, than what it looked like in the pictures, but managed to fit, our van in.

I slept really well. Wasn't bothered, by the noise from the bar/ public areas, as it's a pub, at the end of the day, so would have some noise, on the weekends.

Cons:

Only had one shower in the end, as struggled to pull the shower glass across, to close it, as it had come un hooked somehow, from the wheels that open and close the doors, before we got there.
Could maybe be updated, to a new easier shower space, or a shower curtain?

Very central location. Friendly atmosphere, nice staff. Nice view of the Curtis Museum and Assembly Rooms from our room. Very comfortable bed 😊

Basic but in a good location.
Pros:

The restaurant was closed, so we had to eat elsewhere. Luckily there were other restaurants and eating places open and nearby for us to use.
The staff was helpful and made sure we had a quiet room and didn't get disturbed by the loud music at New Years Eve. The room was basic but OK.

Cons:

It was very basic and the room could do with a bit more friendliness and colours. The bathroom was very, very cold, so we didn't use the shower at all. But it was OK.
