Globalement satisfaisant cadre sympa. Petite ville d’Alvor sympa, notamment la rue des restaurants
Pros:

Globalement bien, toujours de la place à la piscine.
Hôtel et prestations générales de bonnes qualité.

Cons:

Literie pas confortable, pas au niveau.
Nous n’avions pas compris que l’hôtel n’avait pas de transat à la plage. C’est dommage.
Le café au petit déjeuner n’était pas bon.

The location , good breakfast but only warm water for tea. Lovely staff.

Cons:

The decor is cold feeling, no real relaxing areas, breakfast a bit cafeteria style

Plastic bed protector! I removed!

The bathroom. It was shower over bath, very dangerous as slippy, no slip mat, water leaked onto floor, tap wasn’t suitable for sink.

The best hotel in Alvor, hands down! Just fix the shower 😅
Pros:

A stunning hotel. Really beautiful and picturesque. The outdoor area is fabulous and really comfy beds. The hotel room is an ok size but the bed is super big & comfy. Slept so well every night. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was good too! And of course… leading out into the beach was just Devine. A very short walk into town also.

Cons:

The shower was finicky. It didn’t work all the time and often went from hot to cold.

Vale pela piscina e praia
Pros:

Localização muito próxima a praia e qualidade e quantidade de piscinas. Excelentes acessos à praia e simpatia dos colaboradores.

Cons:

Ausência de regras na utilização das piscinas. Havia pessoas com crianças com varias bóias dentro das piscinas e açambarcavam os lugares mesmo não estando na piscina. Dificuldade na regulação da temperatura da água do chuveiro, colchão e almofadas muito desconfortáveis.
Para o nível de preço e para um Pestana a qualidade do alojamento deixa muito a desejar.

Wonderful, v relaxing, peaceful and comfortable

No shortage of sunbeds
Good lunch menu
Rooms were spacious with outdoor seating area too and sun loungers.

Cons:

Drinks were expensive, bottled water was over priced
Our room had a bath with shower, would prefer a walk in shower

Séjour parfait !
Pros:

Top: Proximité de la plage, le petit déjeuner , Proximité village Alvor 10mn à pied, qualité des produits ( gel douche shampooing...). Accueil très sympa et une attention pour l'arrivée et jour d'anniversaire.
Bouteille d'eau en chambre tous les jours.
Certaines prestations méritent un 5 étoiles.

Cons:

Surmatelas vieillissant.
Ménage globalement bien fait mais quelques détails d'amélioration ( petits cheveux restants, poussière...)
Attention en rez-de-jardin, l'arrosage s'enclenche la nuit, ne pas oublier d'enlever ses affaires au risque de les retrouver trempés ( nous n'avions pas été prévenus).

A few days with the family in Alvor
Pros:

Best hotel we have stayed at in Alvor and been coming here 20 years. Amazing location , laid back vibe and no rushing to reserve a sun bed in the morning. Breakfast excellent and staff exceptional. The design of the hotel makes it so easy to find everything and relax. Will definitely be back.
