Pestana Alvor South Beach Premium Suite Hotel

Excellent bar food and breakfast! Rooms cleaned and extra towels given every evening! Special welcome drinks and fruit in our room staff were so so friendly.

Tolle Lage am Strand, Erwartung war 4 Stern, kein Luxushotel, diese Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Da Nebensaison nicht ganz voll, eher ältere Kunden. Daher ruhig und entspannend. Könnte mir vorstellen, dass im Sommer bei Vollbelehung es eng und lebhaft wird.
Frühstück war für diese Klasse sehr gut, nicht zu vergleichen mit Luxusklasse, aber alles gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fantastic Short Stay in Alvor, The Staff are all so helpful and accommodated any request we had. Breakfast while basic was superb quality and the evening meal in The Sundeck restaurant was delicious.
Overall the Hotel has a Really nice relaxed atmosphere while the staff right from the Front Desk manager are extremely professional.

Fabulous location on beachfront boardwalk and a short 10/15 min stroll to town centre.

Location is excellent, for beach and walking into Alvor. staff very good and helpful..Rooms lovely, spacious and clean. would highly recommend South Beach.

Amazing hotel with amazing sea views. 50 meters from the beach. You can choose if you want to lay by the sea or the 4 pools they have.

Nearby caves, grottos right at the beach. Only a 15 min walk from restaurants by the pier.

Breakfast is amazing well served. Staff was friendly no worries about that. Asked to be accommodated earlier than regular check in and no issues with that. Will definitely come back. ❤️

Beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the beach. The breakfast was really good with lots of choice.
There was a small issue with our room that was sorted out really efficiently by Daniella & Maria on reception.
We would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! Everything was lovely and staff so friendly and helpful!

The location of the hotel is perfect, direct access to the beach and a lovely boardwalk into town. The hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast has a great choice for everyone. All staff friendly and attentive. There are a couple of aspects that do let it down though, the pool area and the gym. The sunbeds are very random, as in there will be 12 say in one area and just 2 in an equal size space opposite so you’re either crammed like sardines or there’s no one round you. Just my personal opinion but more effort could be put into the pool area and how it is presented. On a positive most sunbeds are brand new so the broken sunbeds from last tear have been replaced.
The only other thing I’d mention is the gym it is in the basement and for the size of the hotel is tiny, surely there is somewhere more appropriate and pleasant to put it as it’s very remote and not particularly welcoming.
Overall we did have a fantastic holiday though and would book this hotel again.
