Nothing likeable all
The worst hotel to stay in Jamshedpur! The services are far below standard, and the staff lacks even basic customer service skills. I booked online, but here are some shocking experiences I encountered:
• Torn Towels: When I pointed out the torn towel provided, the housekeeping staff bluntly replied, “This is what we have, we can’t do much.”
• Tea Disaster: I requested a cup of tea and was served only half a cup. When I asked why, the response was, “This is what you get.” (Check the video for proof!)
• Limited Access Cards: Despite staying with multiple guests, the reception insisted they only provide one access card, regardless of the number of occupants.
This place completely fails to meet even the most basic expectations. Avoid at all costs!
The staff were very good and courteous. They helped us with all our requirements and our questions!
No toiletries or proper kitchen sets available. Room was okay for the price we paid and the facilities were bare minimal
The members of staff were polite. They supplied us with four teabags instead of two when I explained we drink tea twice a day. The room was cleaned each day, though they sometimes forgot to put fresh towels. There was ample storage space, though one of our two rooms had more storage facilities than the other. It was also bigger. Both were the same price.
Breakfast was not included in the price, though the website advertises free breakfast. I received an email saying that breakfast was an extra Rs 300 per head! We had left a hotel in Ranchi the previous day where a sumptuous breakfast was included and we paid somewhat less for the rooms than we did at KC Manor.
There was no hot water available for our entire stay despite repeated requests to have the problem fixed. At one point someone managed to get us hot water for precisely two minutes, in one room. Not one of us could have a proper shower in this cold winter season. No hot water was sent up in a bucket either, though I suggested that at the front desk.
The decor is tired, paint peeling and sheets were stained and thin from too much washing. The A/C in our room did not work either, but that was not a great concern as the weather was cold.
The people at the front desk were aware of our problems with hot water, but we were not offered a discount or even a free breakfast. This does not foster goodwill and we won’t be staying there again or recommending this place to our friends.

The room was spacious but washrooms were poorly maintained . Towels wear not washed and were changed in demand. Painting of room was peeled off

The place was as advertised. They don't allow unmarried couples though they don't mention it.
They gave us a room with 2 single beds though we are a married couple 😂
The staff was REALLY intrusive and creepy. They kept entering the room when they would come to deliver water, etc and also asked questions like 'what did you do all night', 'where is madam, I can't see her. I'll wait till she's out of the washroom.
