Pros:

the property and the front desk staff are so good. they are very help-full, I travelled with my elder parents. they are so kind.

Cons:

I don't like the restaurant services, its too expensive, only operates from the morning 7:30 to night 9:00. the food taste also I would say average not the standards of the group of hotels.

Cleanliness, attitude and behavior of staff, etc

Cons:

The trip was for Temple Darshan, 2 to 3 times a day. Walking the distance particularly after dusk and before dawn from the hotel to the temple road and back from the Temple Road to the hotel pauses a good amount of risk ,particularly for ladies, when they are walking this stretch, unaccompanied.
Also in a 4 star hotel of this price, a mini fridge is mandatory, I believe, which was absent.
