Pros:

The support staff were very prompt with requests and helpful. Location.

Cons:

The property charged me more than what I had booked for (i.e. 1307). They said Booking.com had transferred the booking to OYO. This was very unprofessional and I was overcharged from the booked price.

Only location was good,

Cons:

1 -charged extra Rs 2060, even after full payment in online app.
2- made us wait for 2 hours in reception before giving us room,
3- rooms were very congested,
4- water was not there in bathroom in morning
5- if we open tap in our bathroom then bathroom of other rooms don't get water.
6- very rude people
7- torn bedsheet and dirty blanket

Worst hotel ever. Go there if you want to live with fungus.

Nothing except for the location

Cons:

The room was small, dirty, full of fungus in every corner, wet smell, broken lock of bathroom and a lot more. When I reached the hotel was locked and I had to wait there for 30 mins and make 5 phone calls to make the staff come and open the gates. The staff didn’t give me the Keyes and told me it’s their rule they don’t give keys.

Cons:

Breakfast money was taken m deducted while booking but did not provided Breakfast. Very pathetic service n reception service . Poor service by Ola group as well. Hotel staff did not tried to solve it with their vendors

Cons:

Food was pathetic. They served 600 for two people for two thalis but didn't even bother to serve in a proper plate. The thali was served in a poor quality disposal plates. Also, they didn't allow to order food from outside.

The only plus point was that this room had A.C

Cons:

I realised one thing that I should've paid attention to the reviews which I didn't. And that was a big mistake... I came here just to meet my brother who's working here. But the hotel denied entry of any outsiders... They charged him Rs.100 per hour. He was here for 5 hrs so Rs.500 gone... I've been to all sorts of hotels, from 5 star to airbnb and even motels but I've never heard any other hotels doing this, like charging money from visitors... They didn't give me my key for my room and whenever I had to go out, I had to ask for my key... The blanket had all sorts of stain on it and the mattress was burnt(possibly from cigarettes)... I even saw a worker dusting the room using the bedsheet, so you can only imagine the hygiene standards here... The room is not soundproof... You could hear the slightest of noise from outside the room... They even had issues with water supply... And even though I said the plus point was the A.C, water started dripping from it in the middle of the night... Bottom-line is that they are focused on making money off the littlest of things and they don't care about customer service at all... Saying "I'm disappointed" would be an understatement... Would never recommend this place to anyone... Some people might ask that why did I even book this place but I had no option left because it was a last minute decision + the photos were deceiving...
