كانت إقامتنا في فندق المينا من أفضل التجارب التي مررنا بها. الفندق جميل جدًا، مريح، ويوفر أجواء هادئة ومميزة، أما الإطلالة على البحر فكانت رائعة وأضفت جمالًا خاصًا لإقامتنا.

ما أسعدنا أكثر هو اهتمام طاقم الفندق بالتفاصيل. عندما علموا أننا نقضي ذكرى زواجنا، قاموا بتجهيز الغرفة وتزيينها، وقدموا لنا الحلويات مجانًا، وكانت لفتة راقية ولطيفة جعلت هذه المناسبة أجمل ولن ننساها.

كل أفراد طاقم العمل كانوا متعاونين جدًا، لكن أتقدم بشكر خاص للموظفة رانيا على لطفها واهتمامها ومساعدتها لنا. تعاملها الراقي وحرصها على راحتنا كان له أثر كبير في جعل إقامتنا مميزة.
