friendly staff, tasty food & timely communication
Pros:

I really liked about their timely response. I was planning to go on a business tour to Jakarta and I had to submit a direct hotel confirmation to my visa office in order to get the visa approval. Though I contacted several hotels, this was the only place I got a response on time. I really appreciate this.
Apart from this the hotel staff was very polite & welcoming. The room was spacious, breakfast provided on time & it was tasty.

Cons:

Since I was not familiar with their local language, there was a bit difficulty in communication. (somehow we manage through WhatsApp messages :) ) better if they could add some more curries to the breakfast. toilet door was a bit shaky one & I suggest the toilets to be more clean (the commode seat appears a bit worn out).
