Hidden scenic paradise
Pros:

We loveddd our stay at Ella Hide View! We watched the sunrise from the balcony and it was the most magical experience ever! The staff are so kind and helpful, they made our experience unforgettable.

Cons:

They didn’t include a safe in the room however this is just a minor detail :)

Pros:

Super cute rooms with stunning view and the staff were so kind and friendly. We loved our stay, the staff made us feel so welcomed and special. The food and breakfast was so lovely. They even set up a birthday surprise and did our laundry for us with a smile :)

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf die Berge und Wasserfall. Wir haben das Frühstück jeweils sehr genossen auf der Terrasse. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross und alles neu. Der Balkon ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Service war ebenfalls super!

Perfektní, doporučuji.
Pros:

Pokoj skvěle vybaven a má hezký design. Velké zrcadlo. Odpovědět odkládací prostor. Lednice, konvice, fén, kapesníky, koše, stěrka na vodu, ručníky i na ruce. Francouzské okno na balkon, který měl krásný výhled na okolí a vodopád. Majitelé ochotní, odnesou kufr, zajistí taxi nebo tuk-tuk, výlety . Velmi příjemní a nápomocni. Snídaně bohaté evropské i místní. Určitě bychom se sem vrátili.

Cons:

Nad vchodovými dveřmi prosvítá světlo ze společenské místnosti. Nutno označit schod v koupelně. Dlažba v koupelně po namočení lehce kluzká, chce to opatrnost.

Room with a wow view
Pros:

The view was excellent Definitely wow factor view of Little Adams Peak Ella Rock and the Kuda Waterful all from our balcony.Well worth climbing down the 50 steps to the hotel on my crutches.
Staff were exceptional, friendly and so helpful.
Best variety of fruit for breakfast and lots of Sri Lankan sweet delicacies.

Cons:

Would have liked more selection for breakfast as the sweet things weren't great for the diabetics.

Pros:

The view is nice and the breakfast.the staff is always there to help

Cons:

The upper rooms are good, but if you get one of the older rooms downstairs, there is a risk that it may smell of mold and the shower may not work properly.

Personally, I would not stay here again, as the reality is different from what is presented there.

Relaxing stay, amazing views - great breakfast!
Pros:

Great view from room and breakfast area. Hotel flexible with our stay at short notice! Staff were friendly, welcoming and polite. Rooms were lovely with a balcony overlooking the valley - amazing views. Breakfast was really good, a lovely plate of fruit with fresh pressed juice of your choice, followed by omelette, toast and Sri Lankan. Need to be aware of steep steps and slope to main road, didn’t bother us and hotel Tuk tuk available for the slope if needed. Steep 20 minutes walk to Ella but we enjoyed it.

Ei vastaa kolmen tähden hotellia.
Pros:

Sijainti oli hyvä ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Maisema hieno.

Cons:

Majoituspaikka oli erittäin likainen ja vastenmielinen. Olimme varanneet kaksi yötä, mutta lähdimme ensimmäisen jälkeen, koska majoituksessa ei yksinkertaisesti voinut enää olla.

Parvekkeen kankaiset tyynyt/tuolien pehmusteet olivat ikivanhoja ja näyttivät siltä, ettei niitä ole pesty ikinä. Samoin voi kuvata huoneen kangassohvaa.

Majapaikassa oli paha haju, eikä se vastannut lainkaan sitä, mitä kuvien perusteella (tai 3 tähden hotellilta) voi olettaa.

Majoituspaikka yrittää välttää huonot arvostelut väittämällä niitä feikeiksi.

We hebben hier ene geweldig verblijf gehad!
Pros:

Het personeel is echt ZOOOO lief!!! Ze zijn heel vrolijk en doen er alles aan om je een goed gevoel te geven. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en we hebben heel fijn geslapen. Prachtig uitzicht en een hele fijne douche!

Location a bit further from noisy Ella with beautiful Mountain View . Even though is a bit far there are restaurants and spa nearby so you don’t always have to go down to Ella .
