Pros:

Pros:

The view was spectacular from our room and the dinning area, there is some renovations going on but it did not detract from the overall experience. Staff were very friendly and accommodating for any requests we had, would definitely come back again. The room was a family room with 2 double beds. We left the curtains open at night so we could wake to the floor to ceiling view. Breakfast was delicious.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning and visually captivating. You could easily spend hours just admiring the mountains, watching the clouds drift by. There was also a small fountain, and the soothing sound of flowing water added to the peaceful atmosphere.

In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the city center. If needed, Channa can arrange a tuk-tuk for around 500 LKR.

Breakfast offered a nice combination of Sri Lankan and English options, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Overall, it was one of the best value-for-money stays we experienced during our trip to Sri Lanka.

The staff were very friendly, especially Channa, who was always eager to help.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at.
Pros:

The view is absolutely spectacular from the rooms! So much that I refused to leave my room in the first half of the day for most of my stay. Stunning !!

Cozy stay
Pros:

Yummy breakfast and delightful staff. The view is beautiful from the dining area.

Cons:

The view is stunning however we were in the budget rooms located under the kitchen in which the view is obstructed by construction. Our room also had no air-conditioning which was quite hot, but again I believe this to only be true for the budget rooms. The property location is quite high up on the hill which is difficult if you don’t have consistent transport.

One of the Best Views and Hotels @Ella,Near the city center.
Pros:

The view from the room was the best I had .
Sun Rise 🌞 scenery is marvelous. Every things are perfect, caretaker is very friendly and quick responding. One of my best experiences.

Cons:

We got the same Breakfast menu for two days but the staff explained the reason, it is reasonable

Great place, spectacular view!
Pros:

10/10 views and vibes! Great breakfast as well

Cons:

The price point is on the higher end, and given it’s not in the city- you also spend extra on commute. I wanted some place quiet with views so it was worth it to me.

Cons:

Very basic room, we were in the room underneath the kitchen which appeared to be a much older run down room compared to the photos on the advert.

Very enjoyable stay that I would choose again.
Pros:

The best part was the view from the balcony - beautiful mountains and a waterfall - what else to ask for. But I also loved the atmosphere and cosiness of the room. I stayed there two nights, but would have loved to stay longer.

Cons:

That was a temporary thing, but there was some construction work nearby and a bit of noise because of that. Still it didn't bother too much.
