Everything was good., however the view is the best especially from the last floor.

Nice new room. Amazing view. Friendly staff. Huge breakfast.

Having building work done during our stay. Would have been good to have had our room cleaned each day.

Le personnel était accueillant et le petit déjeuner était bien et copieux

Cons:

Je suis très déçue par mon séjour dans cet établissement.

L'accès à l'hôtel est difficile. La vue depuis la chambre, qui semblait être un des points forts, était complètement gâchée par des travaux en cours, sans que cela ne soit précisé lors de la réservation.

La chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation, uniquement d'un ventilateur extrêmement bruyant.

Une invasion de fourmis dans la salle de bain chaque nuit.

Enfin, même si aucun problème d'humidité n'était visible dans la chambre, mes vêtements ont imprégné une forte odeur d'humidité que je sens encore après mon départ.

Unbelievable views, lovely staff and good location to the main Ella town. Rooms were very clean.

There is nowhere to hang your clothes in the bedrooms.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr leckeres Frühstück und ultra nettes Personal! Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und das Hotel hat sogar ein Tuk Tuk für das Gepäck organisiert!

Cons:

Das Zimmer sah so aus wie auf den Bildern. Jedoch fanden wir es relativ eng und es war sehr ringhörig. Jedoch nur ein kleiner Punkt, der von den vielen positiven überwogen wurde.

Fantastisk og uslåelig utsikt. Superior rom er svært fine. Hyggelige og ivaretakende ansatte.

Cons:

Rommene er i en byggeplass, burde vært informert om. Støy og maling. Hele stedet er under oppbygging.

What a view!!!!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our time here and wished we had longer. The view is amazing and the staff are so warm and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend!

Great place if stairs are not an issue!
Pros:

View was exceptional. Staff was courteous.

Cons:

It was 50+ stairs decent which was not mentioned earlier. Our mother has knee issue so became an issue for her to climb down
