Pros:

Patron très serviable. Nous sommes arrivés avant l'heure d'ouverture et il s'est déplacé nous donner la clé. Pensez à demander le code pour la clé.
Au repas du soir...toujours un gentil mot de sa part. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis à l'aise. Son serveur aussi tres sympathique.

Excellents : service, accueil et restaurant !! Bon emplacement et terrasse extrêmement agréable. Très bonne literie. Agréable.

Cons:

Chambre manquant peut-être d'une 2e fenêtre pour l'aération. Petit déjeuner de médiocre qualité mais avec un service toujours aussi aimable et pro.

Lovely stay in quaint village nestled amongst Swiss vineyards.
Pros:

This little auberge is set in the picturesque town of Etoy amongst the beautiful vineyards of Vaud. The hotel is a bit tattered and could use an update but it is absolutely charming and clean and quiet. Lovely owners and a helpful team who are flexible in a not-very Swiss way to help accommodate your needs. They have a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy your breakfast next to the fountain or the plat du jour each day for lunch. I would recommend for anyone looking to enjoy time in the quaint area of Etoy / Aubonne.

Cons:

There was no air con which made hot nights a bit difficult. However, I understand it is a Swiss and canton law that either no air con is allowed or that you can only have a 5 degree difference to outside so this might not have made much difference.

Cons:

Porte d’entrée et sortie impossible à ouvrir une fois verrouillée: on est bloqué à l’intérieur à moins de sauter par la fenêtre !!
Que se passera-t-il en cas d’incendie ?
Pas de sortie possible !

Pros:

la taille de la chambre: très très spacieuse avec divan et bureau. Poutres anciennes imposantes apparentes et en coin qui donnent un cachet rare et étonnant.

Cons:

Accueil pas chaleureux.
La chaleur étouffante sans climatisation dans la chambre. Ventilateur à pales insuffisant. Très grandes fenêtres à bascule soit totalement ouvertes (dangereux en cas d'orage ou grand vent) ou fermées: aucun intermédiaire pour bloquer.
Petit déjeuner à 15CHFp.p. sans fruit frais ni self-service (pain blanc terrifiant, et pas frais le 2eme jour, puis seulement 3 mini croissants pour 2)
Wifi inexistant dans la chambre et totalement inaccessible ou instable partout ailleurs.

Una estancia para repetir.
Pros:

Una estancia excelente. Todo estaba fenomenal: las instalaciones muy limpias y cuidadas, la habitación cómoda, el personal muy amable y atento, y el ambiente perfecto para descansar. El servicio fue impecable y nos hicieron sentir como en casa. Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100 %.

Preis-Leistung für grosses Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffem!

Super Lage; Frühstück einfach und gut, für uns hat es gepasst (um 9.00h bereits wieder an Apéro eingeladen); Preis-Leistung für Übernachtung ein absoluter Hit!

Our rooms was under the eaves so it was quite a mission not to bang your head, especially in the middle of the night going to the loo!

Le jeune homme à l'accueil a trouvé les solutions pour le petit déj servi un samedi à 7h30, et non à 8h, mais pas annoncé. Le dimanche seulement.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation. Ventilateur réclamé pour une chambre où il manquait.
Pas de code reçu comme annoncé.
Petit déjeuner cher pour la quantité et qualité.

Hübscher Ort an guter Lage für Ausflüge, allerdings sehr laute Lage.

Cons:

Entgegen der Angabe zur Ausstattung des Zimmers hatte es keinen Ventilator. Somit war es sehr heiss im Zimmer, die Fensterläden waren offen, als ich bei 35° anreiste, einer der Läden liess sich gar nicht schliessen. Weil es im Zimmer zu heiss war und unterhalb der offenen Fenster Leute mitten in der Nacht laut redeten, konnte ich nicht schlafen, so bin ich 1 Tag früher abgereist.
