La ubicación

Cons:

El baño estaba muy dejado. No estaba muy limpio. Tenía humedades y le faltaba mucho mantenimiento.

Pros:

Silencioso, fácil aparcar en la calle

Cons:

Necesita una reforma, pero LE URGE mantenimiento. Grandes humedades en el techo del baño, la alcachofa de la ducha tira el agua para todas partes, mampara muy vieja. Detalles como una mesita en el lado derecho, lamparitas de noche y algo más que medio rollo de papel higiénico. La almohada doble es muy poco práctica
