Pros:

Wundervoll eingerichtetes, sehr stilvolles Zimmer mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die gesamte Anlage ist schön gestaltet und die Lage wirklich hervorragend um zur Ruhe zu kommen und sich zu erholen.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt in Ordnung.

Das Frühstück wurde leider dem ansonsten stimmigen und hochwertigen Gesamteindruck des Hauses nicht ganz gerecht. Wenig ansprechend präsentiert und wirkte eher wie in einer einfachen Pension.

Die Kaffeezubereitung im Zimmer war für mich etwas umständlich und könnte benutzerfreundlicher gestaltet sein. Auch ein paar hochwertige Badutensilien wären schön gewesen.

Ein tolles Hotel - sogar einen Umweg wert :-)
Pros:

Ein echtes Kleinod im Norden Deutschlands. Es hat einfach alles gepasst: Nettes Personal, dass uns ein leckeres Frühstück bereitet hat. Ein sehr sauberes, ruhiges, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit einem entspannenden Kissen, das wir auch direkt gekauft haben. Eine schöne Anlage, von der aus wir einen anregenden Morgenspaziergang gestartet haben. Reichlich Ladestationen, die auch direkt funktionieren usw. Wir fanden es einfach grandios.

Das Zimmer ist wieder wunderschön gewesen.
Liebevoll, wertig durchdacht und eine traumhafte Ruhe.

Cons:

Das Frühstück im Souterrain hatte eher die Atmosphäre eines Wartesaals und die Auswahl eher spärlich, nicht zum Hause passend, sehr schade!
Kannte eine schönere Frühstücksatmosphäre von früheren Besuchen im Nebenhaus.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Nordholzer Hofhotel. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Ausstattung von unserem Zimmer, als auch der Weinscheune (hier wurde das Frühstück serviert), ließen keine Wünsche übrig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein unvergesslich schönes Erlebnis
Pros:

Mit viel Hingabe haben die Eigentümer das Ensemble antiker Fachwerkhäuser auf Ihrem Anwesen zusammengestellt. Mit noch mehr Hingabe, wenn das überhaupt möglich ist, betreiben sie das in allen Aspekten perfekten Hotel.
Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir in Zukunft wieder Gäste sein können.

…der einzige Wermutstropfen: dass wir nicht länger gebucht hatten.
