Can get rooms like this for 1000 rupees.
No kettle.
Offered me garden facing room.
But room was facing walls only
AC not working.
At time of check in many families were asking cancellationa due to lack of facilities as offered in booking.com and make my trip

This hotel unfortunately is misrepresented. The pictures are from awhile ago and no maintenance or upkeep has been done since. .The outside has no grass around the pool area which was not usable and was green with algee..The room was scruffy and in poor condition with torn wall paper, chipped and cracked bedside cabinet top with tea cup stains non matching and poor fitting curtains and the bathroom was disgusting with worn cracked floor tiles a leaking shower which made the floor flooded and was filthy. We slept in the room for 5 hours of our 10 day booking before paying for one night and checking out and relocating to another property in the area.

Resort is close to beach, kinda private beach, not much crowd

In three of our rooms, no rooms had TV working.

Not enough power sockets

Initially we had issues with AC cooling and remote, got resolved after complaining

Bathrooms could be cleaner

Lift was manual operated and it stops working frequently

Restaurant was expensive

Staff could have been more receptive and responsive

We couldn't book any uber in the area as area is dominated by local taxi drivers who are rude and voilent, they won't let outside taxis pick up guests and demand double the amount of money.

Over all good stay

Superb
Pros:

This is a proper 'Indian style' hotel. I really enjoyed our stay. The vegetarian restaurant on site was very good and they tried to make the food to suit us ie. not quite as spicy as usually :). The reception team were lovely and helped us with rickshaws and taxis.
