Spectacular, a rare find.
Pros:

Perfectly situated for seeing the many sites of Berat, which, in itself, is a beautiful place worthy of at least a two day visit. View from our room was fantastic. Staff were outstanding, most notably Raimonda, who went above and beyond as if it is second nature to her. Breakfast room offers spectacular panoramic views and the breakfast was very nice. The air conditioning was very welcome in the hot climate we enjoyed. Beds were comfortable with nice bed linen.

Cons:

Could have done with a mirror in the room as well as the one in the bathroom.

Cons:

Slecht ontbijt… koude gebakken eieren. Er was brood kaas en appels. Dat was het. 3 persoons luxe kamer geboekt. De douche liep over in het toilet waardoor je na het douchen de hele grond met handdoeken kon bedekken omdat je anders niet met droge voeten naar het toilet kon. Dit hotel nooit doen

Pros:

Nothing about like the apartment to be honest,

Cons:

I had a poor experience during my stay. The apartment had no air conditioning, and when I asked the host for help, they said nothing could be done. The host was also very rude and unhelpful, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

Staff was super friendly, thank you!
It was a bit missleading as on booking said no parking but actually hotel had it, so for first night we had to pay at the city. Breakfast is not accurate from photos and descriptions, it’s not Swedish table but rather omelet and some bread.

Good location with full old town view
Pros:

The location is very close to the old town and our room had full view.

Cons:

The is no parking even though the Booking listing states there are parking. Nearby public parking is about 10 euro.
Our room toilet was half inside the shower.

Arlene is the best!
Pros:

The best thing about this property was Arlene. She was a lovely Filipino lady at the desk and she was so efficient at her job. She gave us so many great recommendations of things to do and where to eat etc. great person! Would come back just because of her. The views from the room were spectacular also

Pros:

La localisation est très bien, on peut tout faire à pieds. La vue de la chambre était super (6ème étage)

Cons:

Pas de parking alors que c’est noté qu’il y en avait un lors de la réservation (stationnement difficile à Berat). Petit dej un peu décevant

Pros:

Zugang zur Burg und zu den Restaurants optimal. Schöner Ausblick auf Moschee und einem Teil der Stadt aus großen Fentern.

Cons:

In der Lobby raucht der Sicherheitsdienst mit seinen Kumpels, sodass es mehrere Etagen durch das Treppenhaus zieht. Parkplatzsuche vor dem Hotel sehr schwierig. Fussläufig entfernt gibt es ein Parkaus.
