Nice place for staying a couple of nights
Pros:

Helpful and very kind personnel. Very good location, quiet, but with shops and schools on hand. 5 minutes to the ghats where you can find restaurants and souvenir shops, see the Ganga Aarti and even take a swim in the river.

Quite big room, comfortable mattress, and correct bathroom.

Cons:

The window was blinded so effectively no window. I founded it a little bit expensive compared with other options you can find walking on the streets or asking for recommendations on the streets.

The was a solid place to stay. Review your room before you move in to assure its updated.

The maintenance of the bathroom left a lot to be desired. Otherwise my expectationsd were met.

AC was not working and hotel staff didn't care about it after complaint.

They have limited kitchen menu like 1-2 items only.

They don't have room service for necessary items like water bottles.

Pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff was courteous, ensuring smooth check-in and prompt service throughout. Location was convenient. Hotel offers a good range of amenities. A consistently pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

It misleads the customer by way of demanding advance for booking confirmation whereas the booking is done through booking.com which says to pay at the property when you reach there. This is harassment with customer due to greed of money. The demand for advance money comes from various different phone numbers other than that mentioned on the website from the day of booking. They do not demand the advance via booking.com. This confuses the customer about the fake identity of the hotel. I will not recommend staying at this hotel.

Unmatched experience with amazing hospitality
Pros:

A nice family retreat with all modern amenities coupled with delicious food and hospitality. Yoga facility is also available. We had an amazing time on a 5 day trip with friends and family. Must visit place. Good food quality especially if someone like home like quality.
