I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. The experience was far below expectations and highly disappointing.

Despite selecting specific rooms during booking, these were not provided upon arrival. When I requested a similar room, I was moved to another building, which, although new, had rooms that were extremely dirty. Additionally, there was no provision for drinking water, which is a basic necessity.

This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable, and I cannot recommend staying at your property based on this experience.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues promptly.

Pathetic hotel. Not recommended at all

Cons:

Staff was arrogant. Non cooperative. Rooms were dirty. The poojari associated with the hotel was also arrogant. Thete was no hot water in the wash room though they say it is available till 10 am. Ac not working. Phone not working. You have to go physically to reception to communicate. Their other hotel Vrindavan also same. Direct booking is cheaper by rs 600 - 700 than online booking.

Poor experience at Darshan Executive
Pros:

Clean room.

Cons:

Old worn out towels. Not even provided with tumblers for drinking water. No provision for tea. Not even an electric kettle was available for heating drinking water. Just two 500ml water bottles and torn towels were provided. No room service available. No tea available till 7.30am in the morning. No tea available even at 6.30pm.
