Very kind and helpful people. We had a beautiful view from our room balcony with lots of birds. Private waterfall was also nice to visit. They even brought us umbrellas when it rained. Breakfast options were plentiful, I could even ask for curd and packed breakfast. Enough dinner options on the menu. They helped us meet Mr. Prince who is a local nature guide.
Bed was a bit small and bed linnen had a few holes. Shower wasn't always warm. We don't recommend the night safari. The room smelled strongly like bug spray when we arrived. Could only pay in cash. Very narrow road to come here.
Area resort situated are awesome place near river. We woke up morning with the welcome sounds of bird. Staff are very helpful and kind. Food was amazing. I strongly recommend this resort for family and friends.

There was nothing that I liked.
The person that greeted me was a shrill little Pikachu character who was rude and offensive. The food got me sick and I had a horrible traveler's diarrhea from their food . They denied it but it was the only food I ate. Hello they're up in the mountains not like we're close to take out or eateries . I asked to be not charged the night that I literally was living next the bathroom and they refused. The Pikachu character threatened to call the police so I paid they're overpriced stay The room was ugly junky- looking kitchy 60s druggie look. I was freezing there and they didn't give me any kind of room heater. I iterally wrapped myself in a blanket. Not much to see there and their safaris are in the middle of night at11:00 p.m. What's the point of going out at 11:00 p.m. when it's dark to see anything? Why? Plenty of beautiful wildlife places to see in India during the day so don't waste your time there's nothing to see there. There are tea plantations all over but you could see them on your own. You don't need to go to this crappy hell hole. It's the worst experience ever and I travel all over the world! And on top of it all they won't take credit cards yet it's owned by a bank! You would think they would take credit cards?! But no.... You had to pay through PayPal or some other way. Luckily, I had enough cash on me because my PayPal and the rest of the ways to pay them didn't work. That woman was threatening and awful.

Staff are a warm community, with outstanding service, cooking and guide.
Easily accessible location, property situated in a large area so it’s quiet and secluded. Parking is available and amenities are fair, everything you would expect for the price.
Cleanliness could be better, we found a hair on the blanket and also a random sticker under the blanket, didn’t look like it was cleaned properly.
Not the best value for money, we have stayed in much better places for cheaper.
Restaurant is more like a small kitchen with one chef, so you will have to wait if the chef is away etc and at least an hour or so to get food. But if you drive to town, there are other restaurants, so not a big deal.
Extremely helpful and friendly staff and management.
We had a great time. Much recommended.
