Amazing
Pros:

What can I say about this place... AMAZING... Matea is the best host you could ask for... Very friendly and helpful... Always concerned with guests and our wellbeing... The rest of the staff are amazing too. Our room was huge, perfect for our stay... with coffee and tea at disposal. Very clean, bed sheet were changed next day, toilet sealed, cups sealed... Very impressed. The breakfast although without many options is more than enough and very tasty I would recommend to book it... Coffee is great, eggs, cereals, yogurts, juice... I can say it was better than the resort I was two nights before, you can have your breakfast in a lovely, clean and comfy room or go outside to a pleasant garden. I would definitely stay there again in a beat.

Cons:

The only thing I can point is the location, and my reason for not giving it a 10. It is a little far from the center (25/30 minutes walk) but it´s easily done and I felt very safe walking on the streets. But also you can take an Uber that will cost around 4€ to take you in 5 minutes to the center. Or if you wish a taxi Matea will be more than happy to sort you with trustworthy one or even a shuttle to/from airport.
Don´t let the distance put you off this amazing place.

DELUDENTE ESPERIENZA

Cons:

Deludente esperienza in questo hotel alla periferia di Zara.
- lontananza dal centro
Bagno ridotto ( la porta di ingresso non si apriva completamente, urtando con il wc), con prodotti di cortesia non adeguati e mobiletti con vistosi segni di usura.
Acqua calda prodotta dallo scaldabagno
Colazione servita in una saletta al piano terra ( anche con servizio all’esterno), di qualità mediocre.
Dolce, praticamente assente, ad eccezione di piccoli cornetti e di marmellata.
Un po’ meglio il salato, ma, comunque, insufficiente.
Di certo le foto della colazione, pubblicate su Booking. Com, sono ben lontane dalla realtà, non comprendendo come, lo stesso Booking, possa qualificare detta colazione come “ ottima” !
Rapporto qualità/ prezzo abbastanza negativo.

Snídaně byla chutná, trochu chyběla zelenina.
Bylo poskytnuto dobré hotelové parkování.

Cons:

Z vyšších pater celou noc kapala voda (odvod kondenzátu z klimatizačních jednotek) na plech markýzy, která překrývala terasu našeho pokoje, takže celou noc bylo slyšet kap-ťuk, kap-ťuk, ťuk celkem v intenzívních intervalech. Hotelový personál byl o tomto problému námi informovaný a vyzvaný k odstranění závady ( k vhodnému odvedení kondenzátu)

It was the best choice!
Pros:

I chose this hotel because silence and comfort are important to me. I had a beautiful room on the 1st floor with a terrace where you could drink tea in the fresh air, because there is a kettle in the room. There is a TV, hairdryer, air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and pillows! Very clean, there is shower gel, shampoo, soap. There are grocery stores in the area. It is very convenient to get to the hotel. Near the airport I took a bus that brought me to the Bus Station, and there I changed to another bus and went 1 stop. To go to the Old Town, I sometimes took a taxi (5 euros). My friend rented an apartment in the Old Town, there are a lot of people and cafes, she found it noisy. And I was glad that I stayed at Hotel Sky. I definitely want to thank the staff!!! Very attentive people, the guy at the reception helped me with everything, he met me at breakfast every morning and prepared a delicious cappuccino for me, the girl did a good cleaning. The hotel is cozy, in the evening the street is very quiet. I spent a wonderful week in Zadar!

Pros:

W obiekcie bardzo czysto, cicho, wygodne łóżko, miły personel, codzienne zmieniane ręczniki. Na śniadaniu podawana bardzo dobra kawa

Cons:

Śniadania dobre ale monotonne, nie było świeżych warzyw. Przez 5 dni codziennie jajecznica, kiełbaski i bekon.
