Pros:

The staff.
Matei called me to check that I could find my way ok and also to arrange a reasonably priced taxi if needed.
Pradip and Mrs Ban who we saw at breakfast time, were always helpful and friendly.
Breakfast choice is good.

Pros:

Large room with a comfortable bed. Air con very quiet, so can be on at night without being disruptive.

Cons:

Since we go out of our way not to be wastful, we didn't appreciate the towels being changed after one day (they were hanging, not on the floor). Breakfast options were limited.

Excellent stay with great service, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location — highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, close to the city center and attractions, making it very convenient. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. We can only highly recommend this hotel We were welcomed by very friendly and attentive man at the reception, and all the rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy.
We really loved the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful.
