Hotel is that great but not that bad either.
Pros:

Hotel is close to domestic terminal and even closer to international. I did the walk to and from hotel.

Hotel is close to Jerman beach and main road Kartika Plaza and 5 minutes away with taxi to Kuta beach. 5 minutes walk to primo supermarket in nearby mall.

Room rate is great, need to browse around in different app to get the best rate for the same hotel.

I was able to negotiate late checkout at 50k rupiahs per hour. I paid 200k to leave hotel from 5pm.

Cons:

Room feels run down.
Room didn't have central lightning, only 2 bedside lamps and one lamp provided that can be plugged into the power socket, once you use the socket for something else, I didn't get to use the lamp, night time the corner is a little dark to do laptop work.
Top shower and hand shower were confusing at first.
Next building was doing construction, probably from early morning till midnight. Can't help it with the sound.
Door stopper was damage, door latch missing, prior my stay, there should be more transparent with these issues. I was worry that I get blamed

Çalışanlar sıcak yardımsever elinden geleni yapıyor fakat otelin imkanı yok.

Cons:

Çok pis bir otel. Yastık yorgan çarşaf pisti üzerinde önceki müşterinin kılları ve lekeleri vardı. Şavabo gideri akmıyordu. Gece uçaktan indiğim ve yorgun olduğum için mecbur kaldım asla kalınacak bir yer değil
