Pallavi restaurant staff were very good and professional, and the food is much better than outside in those areas.
The room was very clean and neat . Hotel staff are very comfortable.
Good location for visiting cherai beach.
Parking is near the bar side . Parking should be separate that would feel safe for families and couples.
I only like the location
The staff at the reception wasn't professional at all. They don't know how to handle customers. Check-in took almost 25 minutes. Bath towels were faded due to customer use. I think they're not even changed periodically.

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was within walking distance of the beach. The price was pretty reasonable. There was an excellent local restaurant across the road and just to the right of the- really recommend there for breakfast
Just a few irritations really - is was not possible to leave the bathroom door open and so it got pretty hot and a bit smelly in there - also the toilet seat kept on falling off - the restaurant was pretty limited but I suspect that was because of gas shortages- that said also the staff said there was only tandoori available I suspect there was more if you asked for it
