Awkward location, looked like an area of deprivation. It didn’t appeared safe in the night.
Staff were told to count towels during check in and check out in front of the guests, and get it signed! Never seen anything like this before!
For the price, the room was ok. It was clean. (I think it is difficult to find good quality accommodations in Allahabad/Prayagraj in general and suspect that this hotel is among the better ones) The breakfast was good, and for dinners, the restaurant was very good.
During our stay, a lot of the guests were attending weddings. They would come back in the early morning (between 2 and 5AM) shouting and slamming doors. This would wake us up and make it very difficult to get back to sleep.

Location of the ease of booking. Restaurant food was good. We just needed a clean AC room on a super hot day and that need was met.
Check-in process was painfully slow and they take multiple copies of your passports, visas and addresses etc if you are non-indian. And most rooms are window-less.
Hotel was nice in a busy area.
The front office persons require training to deal with first time travellers in the city , the guy was rude to me since I was a woman asking him a lot of questions about the place and city
