Pros:

Camera si baie mari, frigider si seif in camera, halate si prosoape pt. baie, reduceri la biletele pt. baile termale din apropiere, mic dejun si cina foarte variate si gustoase

Cons:

Bazine cam mici, putine sezloange in interior, apa rece in bazinul mare, parcarea contra-cost (fara sa fim anuntati la check in)

Pros:

A wellness részleg nagyon jó!

Cons:

A bejelentkezés nehézkes volt (a recepciós hölgy nem volt kellően szívélyes). A szobában nem volt köntös, úgy kellett utánajárni.

The hotel informed me that my reservation could not be fulfilled. He offered to change the date of his stay and compensate for the inconvenience - a special room and a bottle of champagne.
So I changed the date of my stay, but upon arrival, at the time of check-in at the hotel, the staff did not have any information that the hotel offered me compensation for the change of date. For me, this is very unprofessional and dishonest behavior on the part of the hotel

Szép környezetben elhelyezkedő hotel
Gyógyvizes medencék a wellness részlegben
Tágas szoba, szép kilátás a teraszról, kényelmes fürdőszoba
Korrekt választék a reggeli és vacsora alkalmával
Parkoló

Cons:

Az ágy kicsit kényelmetlen volt, a párna alatt az előző vendég hajszálait találtam
A piperecikkeket a sajátjainkkal kellett kipótolni, minimális volt a feltöltés, a takarítás is szinte csak a szemétkidobásra korlátozódott
Éjjelre érdemes a fürdőajtót becsukni, nagyon intenzíven érződik a kénes gyógyvízszag

A szállás, ellátás megfelelő, de ez nem egy 5 7 éves gyerekeknek való.
Pros:

Etelkinálat jó volt. Nagyon kedvesek voltak , mind a személyzet,mind a takarítás. Legjobban a gyerekfoglakozások tetszettek, különösen a foglalkozás vezető.

Cons:

A játszószoba Nagyon kicsi és a játékok is csak a kisebb gyerekeknek valók. A medence kicsi és zsúfolt . Így azt nem is tudtuk igénybe venni.

Nagyon kellemes élményben volt részünk a szállodában. A reggeli és a vacsora svédasztalos kínálata bőséges és ízletes volt, mindenki könnyen talált kedvére valót. A wellness részleg is remekül felszerelt, tökéletes kikapcsolódást biztosított. Külön kiemelném a tisztaságot, amely az egész szállodában kifogástalan volt, valamint a személyzet kedvességét és segítőkészségét. Összességében egy igazán pihentető és színvonalas tartózkodásban volt részünk.

Cons:

A családi szobában érdemes lenne a kanapénál kényelmesebb megoldást biztosítani, illetve a legkisebb számára biztosított babaágyat is kinőttük már. Ez nem okozott akkora problémát, hogy külön kérjünk más megoldást, inkább csak egy apró kényelmi szempontként merült fel.
