Me and my girlfriend were just chatting not shouting as you normally talk, the customer in the room next to ours punched the wall the painting on the wall almost hit us in the head. One man staff came to our room to keep quiet and the hour was 12/1 AM. So you have to shut and tip toe in this garbage hotel. Avoid ar all costs unless you’re a truck driver / commuter I guess.
Sarah in Reception was very helpful.
The fabric of the building desperately needs some TLC. For example, my first floor bedroom window overlooked the Car Park/Services area but it would not seal shut properly so the room wasn't as quiet as one would expect.
Near to where I was working
There wasn't anything I didn't like
It's convenient, practical and clean. If you are looking to break a long journey, it's a perfectly satisfacry motel.
It's pretty basic the bathrooms could do with an upgrade but they are clean and everything works.
Large room for disabled, comfortable bed.
It had a bath disabled people need walk in showers, all lights in room failed.
Staff are lovely
Rooms need refurbishing
After tiny rooms elsewhere in the UK it was great to have such a large room.
Nothing.
