Cons:

Shower a bit iffy getting in and out. We are both elderly and find the assistance handles are not quite in the right place. Could do with an extra handle at the 'shallow' end, the towel rails are not meant to be used as handles.

It’s all about the service - which is great.
Pros:

Great value but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. I stayed here every week for 7 months. The staff are just so lovely and so kind and friendly. Whoever is doing the recruiting is doing a great a job because these are personal attributes. It’s not just the training.

Cons:

Well, at this price you can’t complain about the little things.

great room spacious and comfortable the only problem was the bath plug did not fit hence unable to have a bath.
When i entered the room I thought was a bath but then disappointed

The staff are super friendly. The location is perfect for what we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had a kettle, teas and coffees.

Perfectly adequate for a stop over on our journey.
Pros:

Very conveniently located for our trip.
Pleasant staff. Room was spacious, comfortable double bed with crisp, clean linen. Towels remarkably good quality. Hot power shower. Basic in other respects, but it was just what we needed for our stop over. Very affordable, too.

Cons:

Carpets a bit used. Bathroom basic, but clean.
