Чисто, гарне розташування
Відсутність сніданку
Ідеальне розташування на набережній Дніпра. Ввічливий персонал, під час масованого обстрілу діти мали змогу спати на масажних кушетках на нульову поверсі, ми почувались у безпеці.
Сподобалось місце, те, що затишно, і вцілому що співробітники йдуть на зустріч
Ми попередили про те що ранком нам на потяг і просили сніданок з собою
Нам відмовили сказали поки немає такого
Ранком сніданок винесли на 25хв пізніше і вже пропонували з собою
Ми ледь поїли і ледь не запізнилися
Для готелю 4* це не серйозно
Приїхали до Києва на 2 дні. Перший день дуже багато ходили пішки і дуже стомились. Найбільшим плюсом стало ліжко і постіль. Чиста, приємна до тіла тканина, важка ковдра, м'який матрас і дуже класна м'яка подушка. Занурюєшся спочатку у ліжко, а потім уже у сон за лічені хвилини. Дякую!
Додатковим плюсом було наявність укриття на нульовому поверсі. При заїзді виникла проблема зі світлом але її оперативно виправили.
Трохи не вистачило деталей для комфорту. Наприклад посуду або хочаб столових приборів, для людей які не беруть сніданок. Також халатів, та деяких елементів гігієни(одноразові зубні щітки, ватні спонжи та ватні палочки).
Міні бар був без наповнення, а інструкція користування сейфом була помальована і у порваному файлі. Також були проблеми з телевізором(не настроєний взагалі для користування)
Розміщення
Не працював нормально ТВ
Дуже зручна локація, якщо їдеш на концерт/фестиваль в Блокбастер Мол. Ввічливий персонал, номер супер-чистий. Все чудово!
Все сподобалося, немає мінусів
Дуже гарне розташування. Близько до Блокбастер мол (їхали на концерт Бумбокс) і при цьому готель фактично на Оболонській набережній у мальовничому парку «Наталка» біля Дніпра… Тиша, пташки, багато кафешек та ресторанів поруч. У готелі дуже чисто, затишно, тихо, класичний інтерʼєр, персонал виконує будь-яке прохання за хвилину (я захворіла - через хвилину принесли чайник у номер, приїхала подруга на ніч - привезли та застелили додаткове ліжко). Дівчата, ви правда - супер!!!
