Staff was friendly
The rooms was cold, and the soft bed was so thin and uncomfortable, the plug in the bath had broken and it had a rusty nail holding it in
Receptionist Holly was so friendly and helpful - really made a last minute stay for Big Birthday very special, thank you - a real asset to your company. Will be using HI again due due this positive experience! :-)
Location.
I booked breakfast for 2 people and when we went to get breakfast I was told it wasn’t available until 7:30am. Very poor as most hotels will start breakfast at 6:30/7am

Receptionist wasn’t very welcoming when we checked in, didn’t really acknowledge us and seemed preoccupied.

Fridge not replenish every day. Mold behind the curtains lots of condensation running down the wall in which effected my breathing by the end of the week
Everyone was very helpful but particular mention to the night staff who were cheerful and friendly at the early hours of the morning!
