Generally good value, as an overnight stay after rugby match, would stay again.

Was able to make good use of the pool, hot tub & and sauna. Breakfast ingredients were generally of a good quality,

"Hot" breakfast was a bit on the cool side and the plates were cold. Apple juice seemed rather diluted. Found it difficult to establish a comfortable temperature in room, woke up cold during night although aircon/heating was set for 21 degrees.

Safe , welcoming place. Nice for families of all ages. Clean rooms. Friendly guy on reception

Welcoming , warm and felt safe

Cons:

Shame the pool closes at 8pm
Breakfast starts at 7.30 and we had to leave then so it would be nice if they did an early breakfast at 7am as I love a buffet breakfast .

Pleasant enough stay but inconsistent service in the restaurant

Decor slightly tired in places but nothing major

Restaurant service slow / inconsistent
Took 5-8 minutes to be served in restaurant even though there were only 2 customers in there. Waiting staff saw me waiting but didn’t acknowledge me and went back into kitchen twice more without assisting

Other customer arrived and stood waiting for 5 mins before deciding to seat themselves

Nice stay shame the pool was delayed opening but managed to get an hours use before heading home.

Pros:

Het sterkste punt van dit hotel is het zwembad. Het is daarvoor dat ik hier altijd graag terugkom. Verder is het goed gelegen met veel parking.

Cons:

Ik ben hier in de afgelopen jaren al vaker geweest en de kamer / badkamer wordt wat verouderd. De verwarming op de kamer werkte niet meer, maar er was een klein elektrische radiator, die ook niet goed werkte. Heeft me niet zo gestoord want het was niet zo koud.
