rooms were clean and of ample size. towels and toiletries provided were great. lota of services available including laundry, pool, gym and late night food which we did not use but nice to have available. brealfast was lovely
If the twin beds could have been separated that would have been great, but it wasn't a problem we just pushed them slightly apart

The breakfast was ok.
The hotel was very run down, everything was very tired. The bed settee is very uncomfortable. Air con was not working and it was very warm in the room,

Staff were fine but everything was very disorganized. Came back quite late and sofa was not made up and had to wait on staff being available to do this.

Good breakfast, nice staff and has a pool. Good parking close to the rooms. Good bed. Dog friendly.
Carpet was quite stained. Water pressure in shower was so bad.

Location was amazing as it is pretty close to the motorway

- We had booked and paid for 2 adults and 2 kids with 2 extra beds but we were given only 1 extra bed. The reception had confirmed that they will reimburse the charges for not providing the right room but never received the actual refund. The refund amount was nominal and isn’t a big deal though
- The sink was clogged but since we only stayed there for couple of hours, it was okay!
This is not the first time I went there. Me and my family will continue to come. The swimming is truly warm and pleasant. The stuff are kind and important thing is they very Carring.
My kids feel free to walk around .
There is no much for kids in the hotel a part from the swimming pool. There is a massive area outside that can be used to build even little playground so mummies will have more to do with the little one.
The food is very tasty. We enjoyed times after time, we were well fed. The price for drinks was alright and the price for staying was more than alright. Thank you 😊
I wish the jacuzzi was not out of order and the air conditioning 😫 please fix this. It is impossible to sleep like that.
