Pros:

Location and great atmosphere but I booked and paid for premium room, but when I went to check in they receptionist informed me no premium room available.

So she said I will receive refund for the price difference for the room. Then I was told in the morning when you check out they will refund you.

In the morning the staff was like no notes was left and then promised to get someone to ring me when other staff member will be on site a week passed by no reply or refund.

Cons:

Honesty, If I was told that the only room available then I could have made choice if I was still have to stay with the price i paid? But I just found it out of order when I was promised the refund and did not even receive no feedback.

Atlist ring me and inform me or update just think about it from other point of view if I only booked for standard room and when I turn up to check in and if they had no standard room available they want upgrade me into premium room for free?

Just found it out of principle

Disappointed
Cons:

What I didn’t appreciate was an attempt to charge me more for my stay, then being told that breakfast costs had rocketed.
If I hadn’t of had proof of my booking cost, I would have had to pay a lot more .
I will avoid in future.

Can’t beat the value with half board option.
Pros:

Food was great and very good value. For the meal included, there was a separate menu with good options. Great breakfast options and variety.

Cons:

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. The hot tub was out of order.

Overall dissapointed because the facilities available didn't match up with the advert on booking.com
Pros:

The bed was comfortable & the room was clean. There was a good selection of tv programmes in the room. The toiletries provided were good in both the room & leisure facilities. The pool was a good temperature. There was ample parking. There was a good amount of space in the room with a double bed & a sofa

Cons:

When I booked (few weeks before my stay), I asked about whether I needed to book the jacuzzi as that was the main reason for booking there. On the day of my stay I was told the jacuzzi was out of order so I could cancel my booking which didn't leave me long enough to find somewhere else. The pool & sauna were open but the changing rooms weren't clean and there were no towels available in the lesiure facilities changing room (reception had told me there would be). I asked the leisure centre staff for a towel and they did get me one but did mean me wandering around in a wet costume. The room was good it was mostly the leisure facilities that let it down. My expectations based on the price I paid, were not met.

Bang average
Cons:

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past 6 months with no real issues. This weekend the room was labelled as an premium room, the base for the double bed was 1ft bigger than the mattress on either side, the pull out bed was about 2 1/5 wide in total with a mattress no more than an inch thick. When discussed with the manager it’s all they had because they were over booked. Last weekend when we stayed we stayed in a non premium room with a full sized double bed and a comfy full sized pull out bed.

Don’t be sucked in to pay for a premium they are worse than the normal
