This is not the first time I went there. Me and my family will continue to come. The swimming is truly warm and pleasant. The stuff are kind and important thing is they very Carring.
My kids feel free to walk around .
There is no much for kids in the hotel a part from the swimming pool. There is a massive area outside that can be used to build even little playground so mummies will have more to do with the little one.
The food is very tasty. We enjoyed times after time, we were well fed. The price for drinks was alright and the price for staying was more than alright. Thank you 😊
I wish the jacuzzi was not out of order and the air conditioning 😫 please fix this. It is impossible to sleep like that.
The service and food on Saturday night was slow and not particularly tasty
Its was well located and plenty of parking space.
Unfortunately i had this problem several times in other hotels aswell. Monday morning theres either the dustbin man collecting the bins making noises like they’re in a construction site, or the grass cutters cutting the grass right next to your room. That was very annoying. I can’t say i had full sleep because they started doing everything i described from early morning. If you have small kids don’t expect a full night of sleep due to what i described above.
Great quiet location, plenty of parking, nice food in restaurant onside and clean comfortable room.
Didn't use the leisure facilities but others who stayed seemed to enjoy it.

Fantastic location very quiet room, rooms very clean and comfortable. The shower was also pretty decent.
The staff was really friendly, particularly the gym assistant Sam. He was actually willing to go above and beyond to assist; well-mannered, really polite, and professional.

Food took ages to arrive and staff had to be chased. When it arrived it was tasty enough but clearly pre made and reheated.

Got overcharged . Booked through bookings for £76 but the hotel charged us £100. Still hasn’t been sorted.
