Low cost

Cons:

1. No remote for the AC. Set permanently at 16 degree centigrade
2.Power Supply outages happen a 3-4 times a day and the facility does not have power backup
3. Toilet closet was not fixed to the ground firmly and tilted a few times.
4. Toilet mug was provided after requesting
