Pros:

Номер був сімейний в напівпідвальному приміщенні - було в кімнаті по температурі трішки прохолодно як для мене, але в них верхня секція батареї була гаряча, а нижня - холодна - про це сказали ми на рецепції і вони вже після виселення мали полагодити. Постійно була гаряча вода та світло, в двох туалетах були великі сушарки для рушників - вони були гарячі, що ми відкривали двері в спальню, щоб тепло через коридор йшло в сам номер. Інтернет був постійно. Сам номер був незвичний - як кімната в справжньому замку. Тапочки в номері були, вода по 0,5. Мені сподобалося відношення дівчат на рецепції - ввічливі, готові допомогти: воду дали додатково в номер, без проблем дозволили в день виселення залишити багаж в готелі до моменту поїздки до потягу. Локація ідеальна - на тихій вуличці, де є Пузата хата і можна поїсти за адекватні кошти, кавʼярня та саме головне в буквально 5-10 хвилин - Оперний театр і площа ринок.

Nie jestem zadowolona z pobytu w tym hotelu .

Było ciepło w pokoju i lokalizacja dobra

Cons:

O bok w pokoju mieszkało małżeństwo , które było głośne w nocy , pili jakiś alkohol , dziwne dźwięki słyszałam . Chodzili po korytarzu całą noc . Masakra w ogóle . Z rana następnego dnia w łazience był nieprzyjemny zapach , umywalka była brudna , jakby do niej ktoś rzygał . Papier toaletowy nie był rano uzupełniony. Ręczniki takie już zajechane . Jakieś żółte plamy miały . Lokalizacja dobra i ciepło było w pokoju to dla mnie jedyne są plusy .
