Pros:

Clean, good breakfast, nice restaurant staff, location close to ski area.

Cons:

Check-in process is easy, but you open the doors with codes and there is no personnel to meet. It feels lonely place with no human to contact. Breakfast was good, but there were not that many guests the day we arrived, and we were alone in the restaurant. For solo traveler, this place could make you feel isolated.

Personnel sur place très simpatique.

Cons:

Pas de réception. Il y a un restaurant, mais uniquement pour le petit déjeuner. Dans les commentaires c'est marqué que la patronne parle français, ce n'ai pas vrai, il y a personne qui parle français.

Pros:

Vue incroyable sur le lac et la région environnante depuis la terrasse du restaurant.
Très bonne insonorisation de la chambre.
Le personnel du restaurant est sympa et il y a possibilité de carte de boissons sans alcool.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix est discutable pour un établissement "sans personnel"... bien que la vue soit incroyable et que l'idée du check-in par correspondance soit une bonne idée, je ne comprends pas la nécessité d'indiquer une heure d'arrivée exacte vu qu'il n'y a pas de personnel.

Aufenthalt war alles OK, aber die Buchung und Self-Checkin sehr schlecht.
Pros:

Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit prächtiger Aussicht .... gediegen.

Cons:

Buchungsprozedere sehr mühsam.
Bestätigungsprozedere noch mühsamer !

Schönes und sauberes Hotel mit Super Service Mega Aussicht 👍👍
Pros:

Der Blick von der Terrasse auf dem Walensee war Atemberaubend schön!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war leider klein, bzw. unser Bett war in einer Nische gelegen, deswegen mussten wir über das klettern. Rechts und links waren, gerade mal 10cm Platz. Das hat uns leider nicht gefallen.
