Customer service is acceptable

Cons:

The hotel room is very dirty and smelly. There is cockroach and lizard. It’s very noisy as well. Aircon facilities is backward. You can hear the compressor. Constantly noise from the piping can be water pipe and air con pipe. Can hear loud water flushing. Can hear people talking from next door, can hear flushing from next door
